Tsunade low difficulty. Kakuzu is a joke. Period.

Kakuzu doesn't have Mokuton, that was a Mokuton attack.
His arsenal doesn't involve crushing/bisecting people.

One can argue the ability of Raiton: Gian. It is said to have a great gouging prowess.

And Gouge can indirectly mean dissect as when you dissect you cut things:

Definition of gouge (verb)
1) Carve out hole: to cut or scoop a hole or groove in something, usually using a sharp tool
2) To create roughly by cutting: to form something by roughly cutting it out of surrounding material
3) Injure somebody's eye: to attack somebody's eye with the thumb

Doton Domu > Madara's Susano'o defense (unless against a Raiton-based Penetrative force) Tsunade has no counter to Doton Domu

Byakugo/Katsuyu do not counter Raiton: Gian. Read this:

Kakuzu's Innate Capability; Raiton: Gian | Exploit #2
Kakuzu's Innate Capability; Raiton: Gian | Exploit #2

Kakuzu's capabilities with Raiton: Gian are far underrated by many members on NB currently. The potential of this B-ranked jutsu was equal to that of Kakashi using TWO Raikiri's, why would Kakashi need to use 2 Raikiri's against a B-ranked Raiton Jutsu? Personally I believe rank placement on all of Kakuzu's techniques are incorrect being "B-ranked" anyhow this is getting off-topic.

Here Kakashi had to use two Raikiri's (S-rank) to counter Kakuzu's Raiton: Gian; a B-rank technique.

Kakashi then praises Kakuzu on how skilled he is in general, but referred heavily to how he used his previously displayed Raiton technique: Gian:

I want you guys to pay attention to the boxed in words: High Caliber, Perfectly, and Lightning. All fitting words, in which will furthermore prove that Kakuzu's Raiton: Gian ability shouldn't be underestimated like it is now. Kakashi had admitted that Kakuzu mastered, and performed a high caliber Raiton-based technique (Raiton: Gian), he later in his praising sentence goes on about stating that in order to have performed such a high caliber jutsu Kakuzu must have mastered Raiton perfectly.

So if Kakuzu had mastered his Raiton nature perfectly, and was able to execute Raiton: Gian to be able to multiply itself to attack multiple enemies present (Shikamaru, and Choji) why exactly could he not execute more than two? I believe Kakuzu could emit a great amount of Raiton: Gian against a single, and/or multiple opponent(s). Take a look at this Databook Page:

Not only does the picture above support the idea of Raiton: Gian multiplying into many spear-like currents, but it basically blatantly hints to the public that it is perfectly capable of doing such a feat. Pay attention to the underlined words: Multiple, and Convergence.

I'll be using the mathematical definition for convergence due to that fact that I'm talking about multiplying Raiton: Gian.

Now yes, it is correct that Raiton: Gian has a finite (limit) however, it isn't measurable due to the dependency of the amount of opponents Kakuzu must be facing in order to determine the limit of Raiton: Gian. Kakuzu only multiplied Raiton: Gian by two because Shikamaru, and Choji were the only targets, and Ino was behind a tree so she wasn't in his line of sight.

In conclusion it is assured that however, many opponents approach Kakuzu Raiton: Gian would multiply, and instantly kill them all. Due to the limit of the opponents not being infinite (which is impossible) Raiton: Gian would strike them all due to its non-measurable, but finite limitations.

Also, Katsuyu is weak against Raiton, and Katon. Slugs cannot stand extensive heat hence why they melt when salt touches them; Salt = Sodium = Heat = Katon/Raiton.

Raiton: Gian will instantly pierce, and rip apart Tsunade. In addition with Katon, and Wind Tsunade stands no chance.
Your science
Sodium =/= heat by itself I don't know what that means. Sodium is a metal. More importantly, the slugs die from dehydration, not heat.
I.e katsuya tanks those attacks

Tsunade has raiton, so countering Kakuzu's D rank attack won't be a problem.

This isn't relating to science, moreover food nutrients.

Sodium = Salt. You put salt on a slug it melts from the extensive heat salt provides. (Slugs need need their slime to survive). So basically Katon: Zukokku, and/or Raiton: Gian would provide enough extensive heat to melt Katsuyu's slim. It's basic knowledge.

Tsunade has raiton, so countering Kakuzu's D rank attack won't be a problem.

Just stop.

I read your analysis, but i'm not convinced. She's more than able to recover from 2 Raikiri imo (piercing attacks) and i don't think she can be fried to death either, Byakugo would regenerate her while Gian hits and when it stops it will continue to regenerate until she's fine.

Domu is just a Doton (a strong one, don't get the wrong idea -.-), Susanoo is an absolute defence, that makes no sense.

Don't use real world logic to explain hypothetical scenarios. A mini clone of hers already survived Kurama's corrosive chakra without any harm.

Katsuyu tanked CST and survived CT, lol at people thinking Kakuzu's rank B/C katons kill her.

There is no use arguing anymore. It is all pointless.

God damnit, stop answering other stuff while i'm writing XD
Now that you mention it i gave it a bit thought and i think it might work like a long-range Raikiri. Dunno.
She can tank that, or Katsuyu protects her.

sodium =/= salt. Sodium hydroxide is salt. Sodium is a metal. Like i just said. It doesn't die from heat of salt. That's wrong. It dies from dehydration. The salt acts as a high concentration gradient that pretty much sucks at all the water from the slug. Since it's made of a ton of water, and has no impermeable outer layer (skin), it just loses all it's water and dries up.

Once again. Katsuya tanks those attacks. They're not big enough to fry a massive summon, or they'd kill gamabunta also. IF it can kill manda/gamabunta, it can kill katsuya. Unless it's a salt shaker.

Katsuyu that gets fried by Zukkoku? Sure.

because your logic is flawed.
Slugs are made out of water.. Zukkoku ends Katsuyu.
Show me proof of a flamethrower drying up a lake.

EDIT: Kakuzu's lightning won't cut tsunade in half either. Unless you can also show me proof of a lightning bolt cutting a person in half and not causing electric burns (byakugo heals). But, that doesn't even matter if you can find that since, Thus allowing her to channel that raiton through her body and into the ground how she see fits.

/sigh are people really saying katsuyu is a help here.. she would be destroyed by a Wind+fire combo .. if it needs too come to that ... If tsunade were deciding to sit u on top of katsuyu the wind heart would simply blow he right off that slugs back.... Where she then would proceed to be obliterated by all 3 hearts attacking her at once while shes down .. Not to mention Kakuzu's threads mean that tsunade would not even come close to landing a hit on Kakuzu .. Her heart would be removed before she even gets the chance ... Katsuyu is so ****ing overrated on this site its not even funny,

Then pick a person. I'll argue the other one's case.

Its just that people claim that Kakuzu wins yet they leave after posting one or two things.Honestly this thread will die out without anyone winning the discussion.

It was never stated to be raiton therefore we can not determine if it would pierce domu.. and is it as strong as 2 Lightning blades? then it is not absorbinng the technique .... And in retrospect to your "Lightning only burns" The data book states that kakuzu's jutsu would pierce rock ..so it obviously does more then burn my man, And its speed is considerable so tsunade being able to do anything about it is arguable, And like i said if that does not end her .. Kakuzu's threads will
