Kakashi took it out bro immediately...Kishi took it out for a reason imo...with it and without a lightning user its virtually impossible to beat him.

Unless Tsunade has Lightning style...she's not getting past Domu...no phsyical attacks should be able to get by it. Besides Kakuzu has crazy physical strength aside from it. Im not sure if he used Domu here he stopped the full form 2 tail barehanded, if he did use Domu it just shows you what it can handle...if he didnt it just shows you even without Domu he could handle this so with it his defense should be able to withstand quite a lot.

....like Kakuzu says here I dont think Tsunade has any way to threaten him, just having Physical attacks isnt going to do much against Kakuzu. Id say he takes her out mid-high difficulty only because of her healing ability.

He'd have to make sure he keeps that heart with him then. Because if she gets one shot off on any one of his hearts, that's that heart gone for good.

That does leave him limited to what he can use to attack her with. And she has been shown to be remarkably resilient to physical and elemental attacks as well. And I'd say that their speed is about the same.

Also, her summon could make things difficult...at the least provide a distraction enough for Tusnade to destroy a heart.

Domu nullifies Tsunade's main offensive. His other attacks however are attacks her regenerative powers have been known to deal with relatively quickly, regardless of size or power. She's survived elemental attacks and physical attacks of considerable and incredible power.

As for Kakuzu taking her heart. Supposedly he can take any one's heart. So far as we've seen, he's only taken one heart. And that was a fodder ninja when he was an EDO.

He'd have to catch her first, and Tsunade isn't dumb enough to run into a face full of tentacles. Especially since female anime characters have a horrible history with tentacles. xD

But in all seriousness, she does have the speed to avoid his tendrils. And she can use it against him. AKA grabbing them, whipping him foreword toward her and punching his mask/face when it's in range.

He can't take her heart. He won't have a chance to do that. I can't imagine a situation where Kakuzu can restrain her and Tsunade can't tear his threads.

Im pretty sure Kakashi is faster than Tsunade and he wasnt fodder yet his heart was gonna be taken if Naruto and co. didnt come to save the day. Kakuzu had many oppurtunities to take Kakashi's heart including when Hidan used his ritual on one of Kakuzus hearts so kakashi escaped that situation too. This is strictly 1v1 though.

Um, Kakashi isn't a living tank, and he has no "Susanoo cracker" phyisical strength.

Yea i know i was just replying to a statement that he can only take hearts from fodder...anyways the susanoo breaking strength is nullified with Domu...but i think you mean when us
ng that strength to break out of the tendrils.
