heres how tsunade may win. her perfect chakra control and knowledge on uchihas. shes managed to not look madara in the eyes that whole fight.
her insane regen/durability. she was still alive after being torn in half by mokuton, and healed instantly from susano sword, even breaking it in half.
totsuka has no real speed feats but tsunade has shown she is incredibly fast, even appearing in between A and naruto to stop him. madara compared her speed to A's when A was faster than ever thanks to onoki.
her strength has already broken susano. totsuka has no impressive speed feats and she can snap it in half before it seals her.
massive chakra levels means tsunade wont be getting tired but itachi will.
as for amaterasu, maybe the regen can keep up with it, maybe it cant. that will be the only reason itachi wins this here. tsunade has a massive tolerance for pain and durability (took chou shinra tensei without byakugo)
katsuyu can also be used to swamp itachi in her clones, or spit acid on susano to melt it.

Madara was not serious in that fight, he could have owned all of them in 5 minutes if he wanted to - he was just toying with them all the way through....

How the hell is tsunade going to snap Totsuka in half when the instant she touches it, she will get sealed? Tsuande got through stage 2 susanoo, I don't see how she can get through stage 4 susanoo with yata mirror.

I don't even think Itachi needs to even use Susanoo, he just needs to use Amaterasu and chill while watching tsunade trying to hit him while on fire. Amaterasu also counters katsuya like it did vs pains dog summon.

As I said before I think 3T Itachi is a difficult match up for Tsuande because;

1. He has sharingan meaning it is very difficult for her to actually land a hit on him
2. Genjutsu against a melee fighter like Tsunade is very useful
3. Uchiha's have been able to take over summons with genjutsu as well

Madara was not serious in that fight, he could have owned all of them in 5 minutes if he wanted to - he was just toying with them all the way through....

he didnt use his trump cards, which doesnt mean he wasnt serious. he was. he wanted them dead and they kept surviving. they are surviving EVEN NOW when he did try and finish them all off.
this is like freeza using 100% full power on krillin. if they really were nothing when compared with him, how come they destroyed his susanos, mokutons and even defeated a 50% clone? how come he had to bring out PS in the end and therefore reaching his 100%? like my comparison, freeza didnt even need to go to form 2 or form 3. he could have killed everyone easily but kept showing them how hopeless it was. but madara was genuinely being pressured at every turn despite having only gaara to fear since only he can seal him.

oro and nagato both were able to say complete sentences before being sucked up. tsunade said nothing when she was pierced and just snapped it as soon as she was hit. it has never been shown as instant.

Tsuande got through stage 2 susanoo, I don't see how she can get through stage 4 susanoo with yata mirror.

it never did counter it. they just took nagato out before it got more heads. nagato said you need to beat him to beat the dog.

if he doesnt go to stationary susano, she simply punches him in half like madara's wood clone who did have sharingan. if he does he will only manage the incomplete one before its shattered. the susano she punched had shared vision yet was still hit

Not before she gets skewered by Totsuka sword.

Amaterasu can be easily evaded because of Tsunade sensory in Mitonic Regeneration Mode.

Amaterasu- Tsunade though has shown her great will power being able to force herself to protect Naruto during her hemophobia, forcing her self to overcome hemophobia, forcing herself to attack while impaled, her resolve to never give up.

So we can reasonably assume she'd have the capabilities to continue to move even while she's on fire. And it would seem that hitting Tsunade with Amaterasu is a bad idea because the next time she goes to attack Itachi while still being covered in flames, he'd be screwed trying to put out the black flames she just put on him. If you think well Susanoo will protect him, the flames that were on Sasuke's susanoo were not attacking it but as Mei's lava showed, Susanoo melts and if the black flames are attacking and the flames are hotter than Mei's lava Susanoo will melt and Itachi will still be screwed. Amaterasu suppression seems like it takes a lot out of you based on Sasuke's response when he fought Bee.
Tsukuyomi and other offensive genjutsu- Firstly I believe she has the mental fortitude to withstand Tsukuyomi considering the feats shown above. Further more we all know that Tsukuyomi is genjutsu. Of all characters living she seemingly has the best chakra control. We know her chakra control is great because she says healing requires a lot of chakra. Yet she healed an entire village twice.

And the way we understand genjutsus is as such:"Genjutsu is created when a ninja extends their chakra flow through the cerebral nervous system of their opponent to control their mind's chakra, thereby affecting their five senses."
You may now say Itachi said only Closely related Uchihas can break Tsukuyomi. If you consider that Itachi lies to protect his brother and he plotted for his brother to get his eyes. Then if anyone knew this wasn't true that would put Sasuke in danger. Thus we're not sure if Itachi's words are true. As she can treat Tsukuyomi.

Judging by how easily it was cured. I say she has a pretty good knowledge about how Tsukuyomi works and how exactly it affects the brain. In addition we know she lived to meet her Grandfather and GrandUncle. Her Grandfather fought against Madara several times so no doubt he taught her not to get trapped in Genjutsu and not to look an Uchiha in the eyes. Furthermore I'm sure he would have showed her a technique similar to Gai's sharigan avoidance. Given Gai isn't that smart. (He thought Kisame was his true self.) I see know reason Tsunade can't do the same. And we don't know how Uchiha genjutsu's affect people of the Senju clan. Itachi probably never fought an Senju and wouldn't have known whether they were capable of breaking it or not. And I imagine Madara and the Elder son of the So6P would have had an easier time if Senju's fell pray to their Genjutsus. In addition a mini katsuyu on her shoulder would be able to inject chakra into Tsunade's system.

Now it is true, Itachi has yata mirror which poses a problem for offense.But considering she has Katsuyu who's acid must be more acidic than Mei's( as Katsuyu's easily and quickly melted rock and Mei's barely melted the rock wall in the room in which she was melting Sasuke's susanoo was not melting at all) Could attack Sasuke from Behind. Leaving a gaping whole in Susanoo.

We know a melting Susanoo is structurally weaker than even a level 1 Susanoo because Raikage punched through Susanoo's skelton (with Oonoki's help) after Mei melted it with lava when even with Oonoki's help you didn't break a stage 1 Susanoo that was already cracked

And as Tsunade has been able to get behind an EMS clone with Rinnegan shared vision while out numbered and without Katsuyu she should be able to strike the weaker Susanoo in an area not protected by the Yata Mirror.

Totsuka Blade-In order for the Totsuka Blade to be truly effective he has to hit Tsunade with it. Tsunade is the world's best medical ninja and we know that based on what she taught Sakura that healing is the tertiary function of a medical nin, and avoiding attacks is the the primary task of a medical nin because if they die there's no one to heal the team.

Therefore it only stands to reason that Tsunade is one of the most evasive characters in Naruto if her primary skill is evasion when her tertiary skill is unparalleled. People mistake her decision to tank as an inability to avoid. But Madara's Katon is a perfect example of how she could have done either but chose to tank the attack.

And Orochimaru's sword is an example of a time she chose to intercept a hit.
In addition if Tsunade's body were incapable of reacting quickly to attacks then Dan would not have been able to help her dodge Madara's attack as it still would have been impossible. There is a big difference between hitting large targets such as the heads of Oro's Hydra Tech and hitting a woman. There's a large difference between hitting a stationary man not paying attention and hitting an evasion specialist.

Taijutsu and Sharingan reading-While Itachi may be able to avoid direct hits from Tsunade via Sharingan reading of movements another issue arises in terms of taijutsu, the tendacy of her strikes to send shockwaves through the ground. Itachi would have no way of reading those. Not only does her her heavenly kick of pain do this but as seen with her scuffle with kabuto, as do her ground centered punched, and in her encounter with naruto her finger attack does as well.

And because of those events we know she is not above using shockwaves as a means of a attack or defense. So while Itachi may think he has dodged the attack he may end up in a predicament very similar to problem Pein's Preta Path encountered when he tried avoid Naruto's punch. Additionally Tsunade taught Sakura how to pick up on an opponents method of fighting and alter your own to better defend, and by extension attack so Tsunade should be able to effectively outdo Itachi in taijutsu

Tsunade has completed 1,256 official missions in total: 40 D-rank, 236 C-rank, 467 B-rank, 418 A-rank, 95 S-rank. So no one battle doesn't give you experience but 1,256 missions do.

I'd take what is in the manga than pure speculation, if Tsunade is hit by Tsukuyomi she is dead a close range taijutsu fighter like her who isn't particularly fast is going to get hit eventually against someone with brilliant genjutsu skills. I highly doubt she can heal herself from watching repeats of Dan's death for 72 hours.

Your point about attacking through amaterasu is also strange. Itachi could just walk away from the fight after he hits Tsunade with amaterasu = an extremely slow painful death. Also someone on fire isn't fighting to their best potential, it will be much easier for Itachi to hit her with another technique, Tsunade can hit birds all day.

Katsuya can also get amaterasu'd like Nagato's dog summon which is the same kind of splitting summon.

She broke stage 1 susanoo vs Madara's CLONE. There is no evidence that she can break full stage 4 susanoo. Also Mei's acid barely melted stage 1 susanoo, again I doubt katsuyu can do the same vs completed susanoo.

Also in that fight vs Madara he was trolling / showing off from the beginning. If he wanted he could have "divided" Tsunade in 5 miniutes.....

Yes I am an Itachi fan but I am not like his usual fanboys with one line posts "finger genjutsu gg", I know what Itachi's limits are but I really don't think Tsunade can take Itachi...
