Tsunade vs Itachi

In my opinion, Itachi lose. Here is why:

Tsunade isnt affected by Genjutsu because of Katsuya, her healing slugs can restore flow of chakra.

Tsunade can easily smash Itachi's Susanoo with "Stregth of a Thousand Men Jutsu".

Amaterasu can be easily evaded because of Tsunade sensory in Mitonic Regeneration Mode.

Yes you're right applying the correct logic and sarcasm there, but, nothing can get passed Yata Mirror, not even Tsunade's abilities.

tsukiyomi > tsunade, it takes 1 sec katsuya is a slug she isn't fast enough . Yata mirror > all she has, she can sense amaterasu but can she dodge it? (not enough speed feats imo). she even loses in taijutsu, sharingan predicts all she can dish.

At the end of the day Itachi wins simply because of Genjutsu alone. Tsunade has no ninjutsu projectile techniques as far as i know meaning she is wholely reliant on Taijutus.

Same as Kisame's Weakness is Taijutsu, Guy and Tsunade's Weakness is Genjutsu due to them having to be up close for their fighting which is ideal for casting a simple genjutsu or even Tsukynomi

Totsuka Sword and Yata Mirror can deflect all attacks and one shot Tsunade.

Not much of a match up here.

True but how long can he keep that shield up? Susanoo is said to drain chakra fast, and makes every cell in your body last, even though Itachi is smart, his endurance/stamina is not good

Since when could Tsunade sense? She gets one shoted by Amaterasu. Itachi doesn't need Susano for this.

PLUS! Tsunade has experience fighting Susanoo and Uchiha itself, she was able to dodge Madara's moves too, and even though she was stabbed with MAdara's Susanoo, she pulled out the sword and used it against Madara to kill him.

Point: One of the most underestimated women in Narutoverse.

Like I said, Mitonic Regeneration Sensory is top notch, she dodged most of Madara's moves with it.
