Taijutsu: Itachi - Itachi's agility and speed is too much for Tsunade in 1v1 taijutsu match. Tsunade may be super-strong, but IMO she won't be able to land a hit on Itachi.
Genjutsu: Itachi - this is Tsunade's Achilles' heel. Tsunade is strictly a taijutsu fighter. Crow Clone will defeat Tsunade, any Sharingan genjutsu>Tsunade, Tsukuyomi>>>Tsunade
Intel: Itachi - Itachi can use the Sharingan to see and watch the chakra within Tsunade, even with Strength of a Hundred active. He can probably deduce some kind of way to exploit her weakness, or notice he strength and avoid her from using it.
Strength: Tsunade - Tsunade has always been on of the strongest in the series, I don't know who would disagree
Speed: Itachi - Please. Byakuyo enhances strength and is a medical ninjutsu, doesn't mean Tsunade gets super-speed. Itachi has always been one of the fastest characters
Stamina: Tsunade - Itachi's stamina is too poor

Susano'o: Within Susano'o, Itachi can... Amaterasu Tsunade (Game over); use Totsuka Blade - Tsunade will be stuck having to dodge the Totsuke Blade. If Tsunade is ignorant of the Blade's abilities (which is unlikely in my opinion), and tries to take it on using Strength of a Hundred, she will be sealed. Yata Mirror tanks every hit Tsunade dishes out. She is in no way, shape or form able to break through the Yata Mirror. The problem with Itachi MS techniques is that it takes a toll on Itachi, leaving him vulnerable so he must be careful, but isn't he always?

Medical Ninjutsu: Tsunade's medical ninjutsu is second to only Hashirama's. She can rejuvenate herself using this and will last even more during battle with her heightened strength and stamina. She will be able to sense do to her Med-skills, but that doesn't mean she can, out of the blue, dodge Amaterasu. She doesn't have FTG, Raiton Armor or a Bijuu cloak. She's done. Also, her med ninjutsu works by splitting the cells, but the cells can only be split so many times, shortening her life. As said, before if Tsunade is hit by Amaterasu, it's game over. She can keep Byakuyo active for as long as she wants, but she will eventually be burned alive.

There are only a handful of opponents who i can hand on heart say are favourites against itachi.
Tsunade isn't one of these opponents. Not to put Tsunade down though because she belongs in the majority

itachi is not much for tsunade, just like how naruto can create shadow clones, tsunade can create byakugou clones because of her huge amount of chackra, anyway you take it, itachi looses and if her byakugou can regenerate Amaterasu and regrow her head, itachi is definitely a goner.

it deflected sasuke's lightenin sword,because it contained a raiton element,it blocked explosive tags,it didnt deflect them,unless you want to count blocking few explosive tags as a super feat for a susanoo shield?

It deflects basic elemental attacks,but it's just a shield for anything else,tsunade broke madara's complete susanoo AND madara at the same time,she snapped madara's susanoo sword like a twig,yata mirror is a sword that seals,tsunade will snap it in half and punch through that shield. Itachi still wins as an ms though.

Edit... If she receive a hit from amaterasu, she will burn out permanently! She can heal herself for some time but she can't stop these flames and in the end she will wipe out with no chakra ...

Also one hit from that blade and she's done, for example- Oro,

If Itachi can dodge Sasuke's sword he will also that raw power... and If she can't hit him through Susano he cannot die from that punch.

He can easily put her in genjutsu, don't want even to start talking about that he's faster than her in every timing, it's just the healing technique, but like I said she will run out of chakra as soon as ameratsu catch her which is way too easy. She's not a type on ninja that can dodge over and over again attack nor has skills or tricks, just pure power and healing...

if you think i'm embarrassing myself your wrong and if you think I'm trolling your definitely wrong, most of you all on this base overrate shinobi with ocular jutsu like their the best and the others without it ,doesn't stand a chance, she can beat him, by far, even though bringing other summonings in the conversations only weakens my point, we haven't seen tsunade full potential yet and no one knows if that blue slug his the only one she got, and if she's so good a fighting madara already, their is no doubt she cant beat itachi. itachi is no where in madara's league.

I would have to say Itachi in this one because tsunade is all about brute force, where itachi uses intelligence and analytical skills to beat his opponents. plus not to mention that Itach has Sharingand is probably a lot faster then tsuande!

If her head is gone, there is no way you can use chakra! Tsunade does not have a huge amount of chakra! i don't get why poeple think that. Her healing ability is chakra she has compressed and stored to use in emergency situations nothing more..

Well Itachi has final Susanoo. Madara didn't use his final Susanoo until the end of the fight and when he did use the final Susanoo he went directly into Perfect Susanoo. There is nothing she can really do in this fight tbh. I don't think Itachi will even need his Susanoo because he has speed on his side and the fact he can set up attacks with clones. Tsunade is too straight forward of a fighter and she needs support to set up her attacks because of her lack in speed.
