PLUS! Tsunade has experience fighting Susanoo and Uchiha itself, she was able to dodge Madara's moves too, and even though she was stabbed with MAdara's Susanoo, she pulled out the sword and used it against Madara to kill him.

Some people are joking. Tsukuyomi is a k.o. via eye contact, Amaterasu is a k.o. via one glance and Susanoo is an unbreakable defense with Totsukas blade, able to seal away anything. People are always going to compare Susanoos ribcage, Tsunade was able to break, with its full form which consists out of a full skeleton, muscles and an armor. Not mentioned that Yatas mirror is also a part of Itachis Susanoo. However, Itachi with ease. Tsunades fighting style is Taijutsu, means close combat, this alone isn't enough to even stand a chance against the full Susanoo.
