Excellent thread, as usual. She's hated for no reason: she is my favorite female character and overall, favourite Sannin. She was an excellent Hokage and Kage altogether. No other Kage in history could've done what she did during the Invasion of Pain other than possibly Hashirama but he's Hashirama. Shes hated basically because she's Sakura's sensei and not as almighty as the other Hokage.

Yeah. No from skiming through it all I saw was that she has good reflexes and speed, and intellegence but so do all sanin. Espespecialy the two that have sage mode. Hell If I rememebring this right Tsunade and Jaryia couldn't even get a handless sick Orchimaru down.

I'm not even gong to lie I know little of Tsunade. To my knowledge all she has are good regen ablities and brute strength, and a fear of blood lol. Hell she had trouble against PTS Kabuto in a fight.

Orchimaru fought Tsunade without any hands he couldnt do shit.

Now here are the feats of the other sanin. From my little knowledge.

Here's how the use of edo tensei works in my opinion. It's an excellent jutsu for an assault on a village or army, however, it's absolutely worthless in the person using it is being hunted down. The prep time makes it useless as a defense. Also, It wouldn't be useful if someone catches the user off guard. Orochimaru on the attack is greater than Tsunade, but is weaker than Tsunade when defending or off guard.

Also, edo tensei is a summon. They require large amounts of chakra. It's likely that when Kabuto made an edo army, he had weeks or so for preparation. Edo tensei probably doesn't work like an instant army. It does, however, make helpers for the caster.



Also, Orochimaru without his hands was able to fight against a 4-tail Naruto and used plenty of his snake jutsu. The only jutsu he really uses with his hands are probably edo tensei and substitutions.

All that that scan proves is that tsunade trains sakura, and that sakura thinks she can complete with a Perfect Jin of the strongest bijuu and an EMS user.

There was no way for her to track down the 6 paths of pain, which were all in different areas. Plus, there wasn't anything that she could do to stop deva path since she used up her chakra helping the villagers. Using the 16 year old argument is cheap. He's the child of prophecy. He's living up to his reputation by surpassing 2 hokages already, if not 4.

Tsunade is in general underrated. However, I disagree with you on saying that Tsunade has more feats than Minato. The argument "Tsunade is slow" is really stupid though. We've seen no evidence that she is, so why assume so?

Minato's feat as Hokage and as a contributor to the village : sacrificing himself to make Naruto the jinchuriki. Won the leaf their 3rd war

Tsunade: Medical system (This alone puts her in front of Minato...), won the leaf their 2nd war, Made a firm alliance with the Sand......

Considering that Jiraiya went peeking and is far more successful than Tsunade, I guess it is good for the kids. Hiruzen went peeking and he attained the same nickname as your king. Now compare what peeking has done to drinking.

Kids know not to drink it at their age. Seeing Tsunade, they might become heavy alcoholics when they are adults.

Lets compare some facts they both did as Hokage. Minato saved the village from a mountain buster while Tsunade failed to save the village from a small city buster. Minato was fearless and fought the strongest Bijuu (not including the Juubi) while Tsunade was terrified just by the presence of Rinnegan. When the village was being invaded, Minato actually confronted the enemy while Tsunade just stood there and let Deva Path go into the sky and do his dirty work. On the verge of death, Minato was able to carry out a plan 16 years into the future while Tsunade couldn't even think rationally and wanted to face the 6 paths knowing that she couldn't win with her lack of chakra and combat capabilities.

She still failed. The Hokage's core duty is to defend and protect the village. The only time she actually had to do that, she failed. It was the first time Konoha was levelled, and it occurred on her watch.

Hashirama had to deal with Madara and Kyuubi. Tobirama with the Second Shinobi World War. Hiruzen with the rest of the Second Shinobi World War and the Third Shinobi World War. Minato had to deal with Obito and Kyuubi.

Yes, he's the Child of Prophecy. It still doesn't mean that Tsunade is excused from her blatant failure at doing her job. What did she accomplish as Hokage? It's not a rhetorical question, I'm genuinely curious because I can't seem to remember anything as such that stands out.

It's his fault because he let Danzo have free reign to do his power hungry treacherous crap. Danzo helped Hanzo kill Yahiko. This set into motion the events that turned Nagato into Pain. If this didn't happen. He'd have been an ally of the leaf.
