She has more feats as Hokage then Hiruzen and Minato.... yet she was the worst Hokage.... okk

She had to deal with Hiruzen's incompetant decisions as Hokage.. yet she was the worst Hokage.. okk

She just made the ultimate sacrifice that only 1 other Hokage has made.... yet she is the worst Hokage..okk



Speed:

She has been compared to Raikage in speed... but she is slow..

She has reacted faster then the other Kages.. but she is slow..

She has caught Shizune, Kabuto and Orochimaru by surprise , even when they were full paying attention.... but she is slow.....



Strength:

People need SM to even match her strength.....but she is weak...

She is stronger then the Raikages... but she is weak..



Ninjutsu:

She can tank Madara's lil fire .. but shes weak..

She can tank Susano'o... but shes weak

She can easily change the nerve system of a person.. but shes weak.





So all of this leads me to believe she is destined to be hated on this base by the majority. And children like Lee, Kimimaro, Itachi, Nagato.... will always be put above people like Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and Tsunade.

Forget about battle feats, she is easily the most established hokage after Tobirama when you take a look at the village's actual infrastructure.

Every single time a person comes back alive from a mission because of a medical ninja's help, Tsunade gets one big ass pat on the back.

She's mostly support.

Her offense is nothing compared to her medical ninjutsu, so you can't say she sucks, because they literally said she's the reason why the leaf won the third great ninja war because of her one medical nin per team rule.

She has saved a lot of people with her 1 medical nin per team not only in the leaf but also all around the world.

So no even before she was hokage she was already doing hokage stuff things.

You're actually right. The village's entire infrastructure rests on the shoulders of Hashirama, Tobirama, and Tsunade.

Technically they made the largest parts of the village they govern.
