no, you're retarded for the fact that you result to name calling, remember during the Sasuke vs Raikage fight, Sasuke was not anywhere near C when he caught him in his Tsukiyomi, you're just trying to make it seem weaker than it is, furthermore, Kakashi's not being an uchiha doesn't mean if he was he could aim better, it just means he won't be dog tired, multiple targets and he's F*cked, Itachi kept ppl at bay simply from the fact you can't look at him, getting more technical, another uchihas kamui could be worse seeing as all Ms techs are unique to the user

if both are used at once, tsukuyomi will win. kakashi hasn't really used kamui offensively since vs deidara, which is a pity, now that he's honed the ability down enough to be able to take out people with it. but he's only using it as an ms version of minato's space/time barrier nowadays. maybe his time will come later on in the war.

Last time I checked you can't perform tysukiyomi with a 3 tomoe sharingan.

Tsukuyomi can trap people in an imminent genjutsu and KO them as well as control people.
Kamui can warp people and easily KO them despite their defenses. It can also be used as a defense to warp attacks.
About equal in usefulness but i go for Kamui.

Tsukuyomi, because an eye contact is enough to end the fight. Unlike Kamui, which can be avoid with simply high speed, it's to difficult for a human to avoid direct eye contact during a (exhausting) battle. It's just the nature of people to look into each others eyes.

i would say Kamui simply because your only defensive option is to continually move and dodge which would limit offense. The problem with tsukiyomi is that you need eye contact which someone who has experience fighting against sharingan users (Guy) then they can avoid looking at their opponent's eyes
