Isella was momentarily zoned out, having been standing in her position for a while until she heard Sado mentioned a new Kage. “Say what now?” she asked a rather perplexed tone. At first the thought that Sado and finally snapped back into his senses and was ready to fight against the cult…but it seems a lapse in expectations existed. As a new kage? She didn’t want to press the issue on but she’d much rather favored Sado being her leader. However she noticed someone else joined them in the conversation. She didn’t want to be rude, seeing as she probably ignored he’s greeting. “Sorry, I was a bit dazed for a moment Vayne-kun” she apologized and continued to listen to the two men.

This Oisha character, she doesn’t remember anything like that while at the Dark Tower thought truth be told, she was removed pretty earlier on than expected, due to her lack of skill with some of the most essential basics. That or the fight judge was just prejudice against women but that’s neither here or there. Vayne would continue to ramble on about other information, Isella took note of it. “Seems like darker forces in the world are finally making their move. I wish I could snuff them out from now…but we still have little information on where to go from here. We need that cure, one way or the other. Otherwise we’ll never stand a chance against the Mother Cult once they regain their momentum” Isella said coughing under mask.

Lord…I mean…Sado, what exactly do you think we should do about all this? Where is Banri anyways, getting his measurements is required if we expect to get his Kage hat and cloak in order”. She was the secretary to the Kage after all.

I understand, I think you've done well to gather such vital information and we should bring it to Banri when we get the chance.

Sado said to Vayne as he took in the information.

I too have a lot of information I need to pass on, Imeroth, the Voice who instigated the decay and twisting of Takauji Ashikaga is one more trying to summon the Mother of Beasts. This time instead of summoning forth just her avatar, which is what we fought, they want to bring forward her body and mind into our world. This would mean she would be more powerful and dangerous than before. On top of that, a great war is brewing, another war that we will have to fight. Imeroth is amassing allies, and champions and from what I know he is looking for another vessel for the Mother of Beasts. We do indeed need that cure, which is why I stepped down. I need to fix the mistake I have created. I am unfit to lead as with each step I take forward I damn us further. It is time to put my wrath and pride aside and seek out the solution for a problem I helped cause.

It seems that we are on a collision course yet again with those of the mother cult.” Vayne would ponder for a moment, disappointed that he didn’t take out the Voice during the initial battle with Tiamat when he had the chance. “Oisha seemed to have more intel he did not wish to reveal, and his homeland was in Tobusekai. Perhaps a visit could lead to some new intel.

I do not believe you are unfit to lead, Howard-San, but we must all work together to find a solution. The world seems to be changing and rather quick at that. We owe it to our people to be able to adapt and overcome these trying times. I had planned to set out to the homeland of the Naras before going off to investigate the situation further. I believe an expedition to Tobusekai would be fruitful.

Vayne would look towards Mirabelle.
I can contact Banri, or at least someone who can reach him.” He’d say as he point to his medical gauntlet that Banri also had a copy off.

concluding mission

Sado noticed the missive posted and pointed it out.

You're right, an expedition to Tobusekai would be fruitful.

Pass on the information to everyone you can.

Reading out the statement, Vayne would nod in agreement with Howard. He would create a clone to remain with Mira for the moment, while he himself would head off.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20 (total chakra is divided by the final number of clones plus the user)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Isella watching Sado head off after hearing the news would depart for Tobusekai on his own. Vayne also followed suit, but Isella was able to be aware of her main bodies location thanks to her Taijin. She took out a map and looked at the direction her main body was. "Perhaps she's fine now..." the clone said, as she summoned another Wyvern. As the summon came to life, she ordered it to reverse summon her original body to their location.
Summoning Technique: Wyrms of Legends (Kuchiyose no jutsu: Densetsu no Hiryu)
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary/Summoning
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/a
Description: The technique allows the user to summon Wyrms. The procedure for the summoning is fairly standard, following the same steps as regular summoning technique. In addition to that, the user has the liberty to use tattoo’s as well as incorporate the summoning ritual with other techniques as individuals have demonstrated throughout the series. Wyrms are mature Wyverns, they are capable fighters of different types, natures, colors/appearances, sizes and ranks. Wyrms range anywhere from 1-15m of length and a maximum wingspan of 25m. Each wyrm possesses a natural ability (no chakra cost) as well as a chakra nature, their strength of their abilities is equivalent to their ranks. The user is only capable of summoning wyrms proportional to their own strength, so wyrms by different users would differ in base strengths despite their ranks. In a single use the user can summon a single S-rank, 2 A-rank or 3 B-rank Wyrms. Their types are as follows:

Continental Wyvern: The most common kind of flying, fire-breathing Wyvern. Their natural talent is Fire breathing. In addition to the ability to fly (at speeds of: Users Base speed Lvl. +1), they also have a strong Jaw (Abnormal bite force, equal to wyrm’s rank). Continental Wyverns possess Fire and Wind natures. They can use their natures and natural abilities up to their own ranks. They do not possess the ability to use shape manipulation, so their attacks, chakra based or natural talents, only come in basic forms such as fire balls, streams of fire, gusts and twisters of wind.

Piscine Wyvern: Piscine wyvern are less common amphibious Wyverns. They are majestic creatures with scales that break down light to prism, and wings adept for swimming and flying alike. Their natural talent is the ability to create an electric field. Piscine Wyvern do not possess fire breathing abilities, but they have an electric organ instead which they use to discharge electrical attacks. They can operate in water (speed=Users Base speed Lvl. +1) or in air (speed=Users Base speed Lvl. -1), and possess water and lightning natures. They can use their natures and natural abilities up to their own ranks. They do not possess the ability to use shape manipulation, so their attacks, chakra based or natural talents, only come in basic forms such as lightning bolts, electrical fields around the body, waves and whirlpools of water.

Brute Wyvern: Brute wyvern are an even rarer breed of wyvern that underwent evolution slightly differently. They sports a pair of long, highly developed forelimbs instead of wings. Over the years, their wingspan was reduced to hardened fists. Brutes are agile combatants (speed=Users Base speed Lvl. +2), capable of jumping high and over long range distances. They do not have any natural abilities, but they are capable of using taijutsu (within reason) as well as throw punches up to their own ranks. The can only use earth natures, up to the level of specialists and are capable of using shape manipulation.

Deviants: They are a collective class of Wyverns with odd features. This category encompasse all Wyrms with peculiarties such as two heads each capable of breathing fire or multiple pairs of wings. Deviants are capable of using shape manipulation, and can have the natural abilities or qualities of any of the previous 3 types defined in any combination. They can have any of the 5 basic chakra natures. Deviants are one of a kind (so only one can be summoned at a time), their speed is always [Users Base speed Lvl. +1], they are always S ranked and they can use natural fire breathing or electrical organs twice per battle.

Note: Each Wyrm can have One chakra nature, restricted to the natures the type of Wyvern can have.
-An S rank Wyrm has a chakra reserve of 300, and it can use its Natural Ability(s) up to 3 times per conflict. A rank Wyrms have a reserve of 150 each, and can use their natural skills twice per battle. B rank Wyrms have a reserve of 100 each, and can use their natural skills once per battle. Only a single Deviant (S rank) can be summoned at a time, it can have a reserve of no more than 200. Wyrms stay in battlefield until their chakra reserves allow.
-Each ranked ability natural or chakra based, costs one of the user’s 3 moves per turn though they can be performed simultaneously with the user (unranked use is considered free form).

(Gyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu) – Reverse Summoning Technique
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: N/A
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A
Description: This technique is the counterpart of the summoning technique, in which it allows an animal to summon the human that they have a contract with back to their side, regardless of where they are. The animal must be at least B-Rank in strength to have enough chakra to use the technique though all animals that can use Ninjutsu in any form can use this technique on their summoners.

Summoned a A rank Continental Wyvern.

Mirabelle is summoned back to the Badlands of Earth but her clone’s summon. “Isella” she addressed the clone, to which the clone nodded. The clone dispersed, causing all the information it gather to be sent into Mirabelle’s mind. “What!? Sado’s stepping down? Watatsumi Sanjin help me please” she said. She looked at Vayne’s clone, giving an awkward smile. “I need to get to the mansion right now…” she said, looking in the direction of the Graveyard. “Let’s go” she gestured to the Wyvern. “Oh and you too, Vayne” she said before mounting the summon and flying off into the direction towards the Graveyard of Sin.

Merlin, Emiya and the Child all made it safely to the Marketplace at Tsuchi Heihō. Tsumigakure didn't know it yet, but help had finally arrived, as promised. Or maybe they did, they were a big Village, they probably had a sensor Ninja or two watching for newcomers to the Land. Nevertheless, they had arrived, but for the moment Emiya kept to himself. Before he sought out Yasutora, he needed to fulfill Solomon's request, and take care of some personal business of his own. Easiest was his own business, so he took care of that first. Taking the better half of an hour or so to find a post office, Emiya composed a letter. Nothing serious, just a message to be relayed back to the Radiant Fields, informing Musashi that some stuff came up. Though, with the way everyone else knew who he was because of the Child, word had no doubt reached them by now. Still, he took the time to apologize, and say he'd be back as soon as he could. With that taken care of, next order of business was to find this "acquaintance" of Solomon's. All he had was a name, and a general descriptor of what kind of shop he ran. "Colorful" if he wasn't mistaken. That brought to mind images of an artist, but with how he was said to be able to synthesize, and reproduce the cure Solomon had made en masse, it was way more likely to be some kind of chemist, or alchemical store.

Yet another hour or so passed, and no one amongst the population of the Market had ever even heard of Iskandrous, never mind any kind of store ran by someone of that name, so Emiya began asking within stores, and guards around the Marketplace for directions. No one had heard of this man by the sounds of it, but at least they were covering a lot of ground within the Landmark, and healing people by proxy. Things were beginning to look bleak, as more and more people hadn't even heard of this man, as more and more people were beginning to realize their Fever was gone, not that it was a cause for concern, or panic. It would just get in the way of the bigger picture. If Iskandrous could mass produce a cure, that meant it could reach more people faster, so the urge to heal everyone personally now meant less people would be healed over a longer period overall. It wasn't often that Emiya thought in terms of the bigger picture, but if a small detour meant even more people would be saved, it was worth it. Recently his ideals had been put to the test more and more frequently, but when looked at from an outside perspective, these were peoples lives he was fussing over prioritizing, like it was a game. But it wasn't. So he did his best to do both, helping people, while asking them to help him. Surely someone, in the entirety of Tsuchi Heihō knew about this man, Iskandrous...

As Isella strolled into the small community outside the capital, her mission here was pretty simplistic. She served under the villages medical corps when not handling her secretary duties but Sado being at the mansion should manage to keep things under control for now. As she continued to look at some of the other infected persons – she noticed and heard from one of the children about a stranger roaming around the village. Last time it was Lucifer, now who could possibly be here at a time like this. She took the word of mouth from the child as she walked around the corner and found the trio sitting around. “OUI!” she yelled loud enough to for them to hear her. As she approached them, with a rather annoyed look on her face. “It’s been more than three damn days sir, I don’t know if you got lost or something but a map would help you find your way” she said as she put her hands on her hips.

She sighed, but alas them being here is more than enough reason to feel relieved that her people can finally stop suffering with this fever. “Oh well, your sort of in the wrong place. The capital is that way, I can take your there if you’d like but of course we can start here too with healing process of my people. I truly appreciate you coming. My name is Mirabelle Hayabusa, Secretary to the Tsumikage…and current substitute of the Nidaime Tsumigakure. I wish to welcome you all to Tsumigakure on behalf of my Kage” she said with a bow. Isella was dressed in medical attire as she attended to some of the people.

Care to choose where you’d like to start?” she asked the men.

It didn't take long for an official of Tsumi to greet the trio. Clad in a nurse outfit, as if that helped ease the people's suffering somehow, she was rather blunt in her statements, that they were in the wrong place, and they had taken their sweet time to get here. Despite the fact they came, Emiya felt an apology was necessary all the same.

"Sorry for the delay, I-uh, we got sidetracked. More than once. But we're here now, and more importantly, the Child isn't the only option for getting rid of this damn plague anymore. You wouldn't happen to know someone by the name of Iskandrous, would you? Apparently he's got a shop somewhere in this Marketplace, but I've never been here before, and no one I've spoken to even thinks that's a real name..."

Hopefully Mira had some inkling as to where to head. She did just claim she was a high-ranking official, as both the right hand of this Land's Kage, and substitute Kage, so she must have her finger on the pulse of Tsumi, and most of the people within it. After all, how hard could it be to find just one man in such a large, expansive, and despite the current global climate, thriving market? Oh, right, exactly all of that, that's why. Tsumi didn't seem to be as worn down by the Fever as the rest of the world, in fact, it looked like they were gearing up for celebration. That was another catalyst that no doubt obscured the location of this man Solomon directed him to seek out.

Isella was a bit uncertain about the reasoning why they didn't show up on time but it's whatever. He continued to speak and referenced the name Iskandrous. She paused for a moment as she looked at the civilians. "I really can count on them huh..." she chuckled a bit before turning her gaze back to the men. "I apologize, the gentleman your looking for is right this way. You'll have to excuse my villagers, they aren't exactly welcoming in to strangers recently...considering your aksing about one of the best doctors in our lands. Anyways, come right this way - I'm sure he can be of some service to you all" she leadel the way.

It wasn't far from thier location acutally, as it only took five minutes to get there. Once she was at the entrance, she stopped and allowed them into the store. "Please come right in. Doctor! I have some very special guests for you" she said outloud.

The doctor that emerged from the medical clinic looked more like a woman than a man, and easily was described as androgynous. He had long pink hair, with the occasional white strand coming from the top of his head. He was rather short, standing only at 5'3", with an assortment of ornaments and ribbons lining his hair. "Hello!" He exclaimed with a goofy grin across his face as he peered out from the door of his clinic. "Who might you be?" He asked, looking toward the God-Child and Emiya. Iskandrous's appearance was hardly fitting for someone named after the great conqueror from centuries ago.

Where he was expecting a curmudgeonly old man who smelled of book dust and unknown chemicals, what peered out from behind the door to a rather obvious clinic was entirely different. The moment he saw the obvious hues and shades of pink, Emiya knew what Solomon meant by "colorful", which was reinforced with the jovial tone and air around the particularly feminine man.

"We were sent here by Solomon. He said you were the one to talk to about synthesizing a cure for the Red Fever in large quantities? He said to only discuss the details with you, but if you need proof, this is the Miracle kid everyone's buzzing about."

It was hard to tell, as Iskandrous was speaking from the other side of his clinic's front door, but surely doors didn't impede the effectiveness of a literal miracle. He'd be able to tell himself soon enough that at the very least the claim that the Child was the real deal was true, so invoking Solomon's name should be too.

"Solomon?" Iskandrous was perplexed. "Who's Solomon?" He opened the door more, giving the pair a look into his clinic; it was well kept, but certainly colorful like Solomon described. Matching Iskandrous's feminine tone was an equally feminine room, filled with bookshelves of medical books, equipment, and herbs with pink walling. "Oh!" It was as if a light went off in his head, realizing what the pair meant. "You mean Romani-kun! He's so nice," he warmly smiled, practically dancing in place at the realization. "Yes, yes. He warned me you two would be coming. Though he instructed me to only let the pair in here...I'm sorry." He looked at Mirabelle, motioning slightly for her to leave the pair so they could speak in private. "Here, come in!"
