The reason I was arguing that(that wasn't even my argument) is because people were saying the women in a female prison would be in danger if she were sent there. That's a faulty argument because those women are already in danger due to the presence of women who were murderers, rapists, gang members, committers of assault and battery, etc. Her presence wouldn't turn prison into some paradise into a dangerous place, it's already a dangerous place.

I also never said male prison is just as bad as female prison, I said the transsexual would be placed in a prison regardless of the *** of the inmates as a response to people saying she's running from punishment. Whether she's put in male prison or female prison, she's still gonna be in prison, so placing her in the latter doesn't take away from her punishment nor is it special treatment because it's still prison.

To you it's not special treatment to change from male to female prison because they're just as dangerous.
