Rank: C
Type: Supplementary, Defense
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra releasing it into the ground and with a wave of their arm or through the application of a weapon can cause a small wall of dust particles and sand to rise up from the ground and thrusting forwards. This technique can be used to push back enemy targets or defend against thrown projectiles.

How you would perform the technique in battle?
- I would perform the technique whenever kunais or other projectiles are sent towards me in order to protect me. I'd also use it in conjunction with my taijutsu in a close combat fight by using it in order to push the opponent away.

How you will use the technique offensively?
- I would use this technique offensively only to push the opponent away from me when they are close to me.

How you can defend against the tech?
- I would defend by using any technique that can blow or get rid of the dust. Like a wind blast to spread the dust away or a fire blast to burn right through them.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting?
- Actually, yes I do. It's a nice technique and it can help in close combat situations. Also, it can help protect from small projectiles, which I'm sure will come in handy.

Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user manipulates their chakra and creates a huge rock from the ground that will rise up, hammering the opponent by slamming it down from above them.

How you would perform the technique in battle?
- I would perform the technique by making the earth rise above my opponent while they are off balance, and then cause the chunk of earth to smash on them.

How you will use the technique offensively?
- I would use this technique offensively by first trapping my opponent in one form, genjutsu or other techniques, and then causing the earth to rise above them and smash on them.

How you can defend against the tech?
- I would defend by using lightning attacks to cause the rock to get cut into pieces, or I would use the hydrification technique (I think it's a C-Rank Water tech available, not the Hozuki one) to turn into water, effectively making me able to handle the blunt attack with no problem and then just reform above the rubble of earth.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting?
- It's alright. It's a basic technique, but it's always nice. I like more techniques to have like side effects or effects that are unique. Despite being simple, it's still nice

( Doton: Iwa Dangan ) - Earth Release: Rock Bullet
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user manipulating their chakra creates and sends a huge rock at the opponent, causing them to fall back.

A pretty basic technique overall. This jutsu doesn't require any hand seals and just works on the basic concept of manipulating the shape of the earth using your chakra. The user sends their chakra into the earth and causes a large chuck of earth to rise up out of the ground. Use your chakra to maintain the chuck of rock so that it is a dense rock. Then thrust the earth toward your opponent and launch the chuck of rock like a huge bullet. Of course this cause incredibly brute force, and it if lands directly on the opponent it can crush them. You can make it stronger by using a first bullet to heat up the earth bullet making it molten. You can simply just stop this with an appropraitely stronger earth jutsu or break it apart with lightning.

( Doton: Jōshō Iwa ) - Earth Release: Rising Rocks
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user claps their hands together and then unleashes two huge rocks from the ground on either side of the enemy to send the opponent flying backwards.

Another pretty basic technique. This one also doesn't requires any hand seals, it just involves sending your chakra into the earth and manipulating it. This technique requires a bit more manipulation then the previous. You actually have to cause the earth of both sides of your opponent to rise up and surround the opponent from both sides. The rocks then slam into the opponents and knock them backwards. You can defend against this by simply breaking the rocks using a lightning tech or using an earth armor that is stronger to absorb the hit. If you wanted to make it stronger you could combined it with a water tech like Gushing Water Imprisonment so that it prevents your opponents from using lightning and one of their elements is taken away causing them to have less to defend with.

How you would perform the technique in battle? You take a chunk of earth and basically throw it at your opponent. It doesn't have any hand seals, so I'd use this quickly to catch someone off guard.

How you will use the technique offensively? It's a big rock being thrown, which can cause a lot of damage. You could also heat up the rock, making a molten rock go flying at the opponent.

How you can defend against the tech? Either by using a stronger earth tech than this or by shooting a lightning tech at this and making it crumble.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting? It's useful because it's a fast tech which can crush an opponent, plus you can heat up the rock making it a molten flying rock that can crush them.

How you would perform the technique in battle? By manipulating my earth chakra, I can rise up two rocks on either side of my opponent and make them go flying at them.

How you will use the technique offensively? You can either crush them or send them flying back. Best way would be if they happen to try a tech are doing a bunch of hand seals considering this doesn't have any.

How you can defend against the tech? Either with another lightning tech to crumble the rock or by having earth armor on that can withstand the force of the rocks hitting you.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting? This is alright. I like that it's fast and all but it seems pretty easy to get away, despite combining it with a water tech getting rid of the possibility of your opponent using a lightning tech on you.

How you would perform the technique in battle?
- I would perform the technique by sending a chunk of earth at my opponent in order to distract them or to knock them off balance.

How you will use the technique offensively?
- I would use this technique offensively by sending the chunk of earth at my opponent as a distraction so that I could follow up with another technique.

How you can defend against the tech?
- I would defend by using any technique that can blow the earth right back (a strong enough wind jutsu) or just shatter the earth with another earth tech or lightning tech.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting?
- Well, it is simple, and it is vague. But in the end, it gets rocks out nice and quick. It can be easily countered, but it still has its uses.

How you would perform the technique in battle?
- I would perform the technique by making two pieces of earth rise on either side of my opponent and then forcefully hitting them, sending them flying backwards.

How you will use the technique offensively?
- I would use this technique offensively by first trapping my opponent in one form, genjutsu or other techniques, and then causing the two pieces of rocks to smash into the opponent. Or I would send the opponent flying backwards from the technique into a preset trap.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting?
- Eh, not really. This is just like the other, and if anything, I'll probably only use this for distraction purposes.

( Doton: Gizagiza no Iwajin ) - Earth Release: Jagged Rock Formation
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and stomps the ground. By doing so, he causes small fractures to rip through the ground, which will then force fragments of earth and rock to rise up from the ground like protruding rock formations to then deal blunt force damage to the opponent and raising them up into the air.

This technique requires no hand seals and only requires you to focus earth chakra in your leg. You will then stomp down onto the ground and release your earth chakra into the ground to cause the earth to fragment then use your earth chakra to push the fragments up creating blunt rock protrusions from the ground that do not stab into the opponent but do do brute physical damage. If the technique is used then you can counter it by using Nagashi as that will cause the rocks to break a part and if you channel Nagashi into a ground with a kunai or sword you can negate their earth chakra as well. You can combine with a fire technique that turns the ground beneath the opponent fiery, so you cause fiery rock protrusions to rise up giving your attack some more power.

How you would perform the technique in battle?
- I would perform the technique by sending a blunt chunk of earth towards the the opponent causing damage to them and pushing them back in case they are heading towards me.

How you will use the technique offensively?
- I would use this technique offensively by combining it with a fire technique. I'd most likely start off in the air and shoot a fire technique downwards towards the Earth at my opponent, and should he dodge, I would quickly stomp on the floor as I am falling down causing the blunt rocks of earth to hit him while now being superheated.

How you can defend against the tech?
- I would defend by using any a chidori Nagashi stream attack to stop the technique from happening as the current would stop the technique.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting?
- Actually I do find this very nice. It's counterpart would be the piercing earth spear attack, but this is nice to have as it can be used for different purposes. So I find this useful as it gives me options of whether to pierce the target (using the other technique) or hit him bluntly.

How you would perform the technique in battle? Basically I'd use this to physically hurt the opponent and push them back since I'm throwing a giant piece of rock at them

How you will use the technique offensively? Like mentioned above, I'd use this to hurt them physically and to push them away. Also could use a fire tech to make it fiery.

How you can defend against the tech? A lightning tech would do great, like Nagashi as you mentioned. Also lightning enhanced kunai or sword.
Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting? Yeah it has it purposes, but It's also similar to a lot of other techs as well. Probably passable compared to something else.

That's the last C-rank technique. Use it well. Remember C-rank earth vs. S-rank lightning, vs. Forbidden-rank water, always use C-rank earth. Well, not really.
Yes Sensei! I'll be sure to always use it when not using it? Or well... What?

Go Earth!

You don't have to fill out a template anymore. Other than performing techniques, I'll occasionally ask you questions and set you interactive tasks to complete. You're free to ask questions of your own since I'll sometimes bombard you with information xD.
(Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user does 2 handseals (Ram → Snake) and creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of sticky mud (in all similar to that of Swamp of the Underworld Technique), covering them. The mud is very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move if caught and easily crushing an enemy underneath. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

After performing two handseals, I want you to create a portal-like opening in the sky directly above my clone which drops down a copious quantity of sticky mud onto the opponent. The mud itself is heavy and so it will bind anything caught within it.

(Doton: Otoshibuta) – Earth Release: Dropping Lid
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

Perform the snake handseal, slam your hands on the ground and channel your doton chakra so to create another portal-like opening above your target. The opening will let forth a massive boar-shaped lid constructed entirely of earth. You have the option of releasing a hollow lid or a normal one, depending on what purpose you wish to accomplish. A hollow lid will deal no damage but will still pin the enemy to the ground if successful while a "full" lid will deal all the damage a B-Ranked Earth technique can possibly inflict.

Key Points: Both of these are fairly interesting techniques. Despite being fairly low-ranked, people find some difficult countering the two of them for different reasons. The former due its phase/state of matter (being mud rather than solid rock) and the latter due to it's sheer scale. Size, form, mass and characteristics matter just as much as rank and strength when two techniques are used in opposition. People often don't consider this when dealing with an opposing jutsu.

For example, let's say we have two equally ranked (and neutral jutsu) clash, one of which has the same dimensions of a kunai and the other being an expansive wave of water. The kunai-like jutsu won't be capable of blocking the other jutsu in its entirety, nor will it be capable of absorbing all of the impact of it, resulting in the wave-like attack continuing on to deal damage to its target. This principle is especially important for Fuuton, Suiton and Katon. Waves of water must be countered with either a defensive wall or a jutsu of roughly the same dimensions, so to prevent the entirety of the attack getting through. This is less important for Earth Release, as the element is more defensive-oriented. However, since our RP sticks strictly to the ranking-system it should not be ignored, just used correctly. An A-Rank Chidori Nagashi will be incapable of stopping an A-Rank incoming wall of water. The lightning will simply diffuse into the attack, making the torrent that much more lethal. Even if Nagashi didn't conduct into it, it doesn't seem plausible that it would be capable of evaporating the sheer amount of water produced by Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave. A ninja must find the perfect balance of characteristics and scale when countering an opposing technique.

Another example which has just come to mind is Ash Pile burning. Unlike normal Katon techniques, it must be ignited manually. Due to the properties of ash, its prone to being blown back towards the user if the right jutsu is used. Despite Fire being stronger than Wind, the user must take great care in how they use this technique. If they choose use it on an incoming Pressure Damage, should they choose to keep it in its ash-like state, it will likely backfire and inflict concussive damage to the user.

Before we move on from these two techniques, I have a few questions for you.

1) How would you counter Sticky Earth Drop using canon techniques? How about Dropping Lid? List all of the counters you can think of and give me your top three. Explain why you ranked them in this way.

2) How high do the portals have to be created above the opponent?

3) Should the user take any special measures or precautions when using these two techniques?

Jakai looks to the clone and performs the two handseals while focusing his earth chakra. As he finishes, a portal in the sky appears that causes large quantities of mud to fall down onto the clone, binding it in its place.

(Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) — Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop

After binding the clone, Jakai continues to keep his Snake handseal as he focuses his earth chakra again (the last technique's final handseal was Snake, so I didn't really need to move). He then slams his hands on the ground, causing another portal to arise above the clone. The portal releases an extremely large solid lid of earth that crushes the clone.

(Doton: Otoshibuta) — Earth Release: Dropping Lid

Rank: B

Chakra Cost: 20

Jakai then hears the questions that his sensei asks. Thinking it through momentarily, Jakai then takes out a scroll and writes down all the possible counters he can think of with the techniques he currently knows.

Counters to Sticky Earth Drop:
  1. Lightning Release: Plasma Ball to surround me in a lightning barrier have the mud go around me
  2. Lightning Shadow Clone to take the hit while another throws me to safety
  3. Lightning Release: Thunder Up to throw a ball of lightning that can be used to create a massive explosion to destroy the mud before it falls on me
Counters to Dropping Lid:
  1. Lightning Release: Plasma Ball to surround me in a lightning barrier have the earth go around me
  2. Lightning Shadow Clone to take the hit while another throws me to safety
  3. Lightning Release: Thunder Up to throw a ball of lightning that can be used to create a massive explosion to destroy the earth before it falls on me
Jakai then looks to his sensei. Now the reason I chose these techniques are simple. They're the only ones strong enough to counter with. Most other techniques I know would have to be used in conjunction with an additional technique, which would take too much time. Now to reason why I chose these moves though in that order was because the first would create a barrier that I can keep up as well as defend from other techniques later. Basically, it's the safest route from the moves I have. Next, the shadow clone would be great as well, but it'd take some time to use, and since I'd basically be sacrificing a clone, it'd be fairly useless when you think about it. And finally, the reason I chose the Thunder Up as the last choice is because it could possibly be dangerous since I may be caught in the explosion depending on how close it is to me.

Jakai then continued to answer his sensei's questions. Now the portals don't seem to state specific heights they would need, but I would assume they have to be made significantly higher than the target due the size of the techniques requiring more space to fall onto the target. The portal needs to be high enough so that the full size of the technique can be released. If it was made to low, the full technique would not have enough room and therefore it would not work.

Jakai then prepared to answer the final question. The main precaution I would believe that is necessary is to be at least mid-long range from the target, as getting to close would be dangerous for the user may get caught in the technique as well. Other than that, I can't really think of anything else.

And so, Jakai then looked at his sensei, ready to continue for more.

DISCLAIMER
Jakai awakens from his sudden hibernation... Ready to work... I believe an apology is in order... I am sorry... I plan to redeem myself with efficient replies... Sorry again... Thanks for not dropping me... Love you... No Homo... What was I doing again?... Oh yea... I'm gonna copy and paste this to all my trainings I'm late too... I'm still too lazy I guess... Can't even make unique replies to each sensei/senpai... Man, I really know how to ramble... I even have battles I have to reply too... I wonder if I can use this same schpeel and copy and paste it on my battles for reason as to why I'm late with replies... I don't know... I guess I can change it a little... But then I'd have to change it for everyone... Nah, they'll understand... You guys understand right?... Weird... I just realized I'm talking directly to someone as well as about someone at the same time... Who knows if who I'm talking to... Or even how many people... Anyways... You get the gist of this... The other guys probably get the gist too... (There I go again switching between talking to someone and about someone)... Alright... Sorry... I'll reply on time... I mean it... No more than 24 hours... I don't have anything going on anymore... Sorry...

TL;DR: I'm active again now. I will make replies within 24 hours

Continue with performances for B-Ranks, we will introduce something different for A-S ranks.

(Doton Kage Bunshin) – Earth Release Shadow Clone
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: This technique creates a clone made of mud. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape even after taking physical damage (up to C-Rank). An unique use is that after reverting to mud, it can hold the opponent in place as a binding technique. They can also use up to C rank earth techniques.

A clone made of mud of the user. This clones can move around and use basic body and sword attacks as well as only C-Rank doton. Since the clone is made of mud it can withstand attacks and reform, it depends on the attack sent of course. If its really powerful it might not reform back. This is great to always have a extra man on the field, you can use diversion, distractions, do combos you normally can't do. Also it can take hits for you, the clone acts on the will of the user.

(Doton: Musaborudzuchi) – Earth Release: Devouring Earth
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user performs the Ram → Horse → Tiger → Rabbit → Snake and slams their palm on the ground. Instantly, the ground to the sides of the opponent take the shape of huge jaws and attempt to crush and stab him between them. The size of the jaws can be adjusted to fit the size of the opponent or other uses.

One of my favorite techniques in earth. After performing the 5 hand seals and slamming your hands on the ground, the earth will begin to shake due to two very large sections of rock jaws that rise on each flank of the opponent, they rise quickly and will try to crush the opponent. Its a great jutsu to attack both flanks at once, and make it hard on the opponent, the shake of the ground might force the opponent to lose balance but not fall over. Right when you slam your hands you can move onto the next jutsu, so this jutsu has great combo abilities and is very powerful if used good enough.

(Doton: Tsuchi Kairo) - Earth Release: Earth Corridor
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will first perform the snake hand seal and then cause the earth in the surrounding area to rise up and over a target and create a cavern, imprisoning the target. The user can leave an opening to allow attacks to go in to strike down the trapped adversaries, or close it up completely to prevent escape.

A trapping jutsu, the user will perform one hand seal and summon a cavern to trap the opponent in. If you want you can leave a small opening to allow attacks but that means the opponent can also attack, or you can leave it completely close to trap the opponent and suffocate due to lack of oxygen if they stay in long enough. Though even though they are trapped you can still use a very powerful technique yourself to both trap leaving no open spaces and attack. Its fast to perform and raises quickly off the ground.

Jakai focused his earth chakra and created the clone made entirely out of mud. Then, Jakai would punch the clone in the face, causing it to revert back into it's mud form. After removing his hand, the clone would then return to it's previous form, recovering from the damage.

(Doton: Kage Bunshin) — Earth Release: Shadow Clone
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique creates a clone made of mud. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape even after taking physical damage (up to C-Rank). An unique use is that after reverting to mud, it can hold the opponent in place as a binding technique. They can also use up to C rank earth techniques.
Jakai looks to his clone and performs 5 handseals while focusing his earth chakra. After doing so, he slams his palm on the ground, causing huge jaws of earth to rise up around the clone. The jaws would then crunch the clone and stab him, causing it to disperse.

(Doton: Musaborudzuchi) — Earth Release: Devouring Earth
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user performs the Ram → Horse → Tiger → Rabbit → Snake and slams their palm on the ground. Instantly, the ground to the sides of the opponent take the shape of huge jaws and attempt to crush and stab him between them. The size of the jaws can be adjusted to fit the size of the opponent or other uses.
Then, Jakai performed the snake handseal and focused his chakra in the earth in front of him. Jakai would then cause the earth to rise up (earth would rise up in a circular fashion) and close towards the center. Jakai made sure that the top of the area was open, giving a little sky-light.

(Doton: Tsuchi Kairo) — Earth Release: Earth Corridor
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will first perform the snake hand seal and then cause the earth in the surrounding area to rise up and over a target and create a cavern, imprisoning the target. The user can leave an opening to allow attacks to go in to strike down the trapped adversaries, or close it up completely to prevent escape.

I'll reply fast now. Sorry for the delay

(Doton: Arijigoku no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Antlion Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Mid/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

Another favorite, the user will do one hand seal and create a pit close to the opponents area. The pit begins to cave in on itself. Rapidly spinning around with great speed and sucking everything in, in the area. This is a great jutsu to for an opponent to lose balance, it moves so fast he will be unable to move in the area. I also consider this technique a "Last Resort". What I mean by that is if their is ever a time you are blinded or unable to see the opponent, by using this jutsu, since it covers a long and wide range it will most likely catch the opponent in. So use it wisely. Two major notes you must keep focus on the Antlion as well as make sure you make the pit mid/long range of yourself since you will be sucked in as well if you don't.

(Doton: Doryū Jōheki) - Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart
Rank: B
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By performing the Tiger hand seal the user then makes a gigantic rampart rise up beneath the user's feet, by shaping the ground and increasing the amount of earth with chakra. Depending on what the user imagines, the shape of the rampart can be anything from level ground to a steep, needle-like mountain. If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.

A very basic jutsu which can be used to manipulate the terrain to your will. The user after doing one hand seal will send earth chakra beneathe their feet to rise a very large rampart, it is pretty much like a large mountain which you can manipulate however you want. Its great to use to evade attacks and you can hide around the rampart and plan a snick attack. You will need to focus your chakra to make it rise so you can be left open.

(Doton: Doryuheki) - Earth Release: Earth Style Wall Jutsu
Rank: B
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will first perform the Tiger → Hare → Boar → Dog and then creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defense. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Hizuren Sarutobi spits mud from his mouth to perform the jutsu whilst Kakashi creates a wall composed of bulldog sculptures to box-in Pain.

The user will perform the required hand seals and either spit out a mud base which rises out a hard wall or you can manipulate preexisting earth to release a wall to rise of regular size (3-5 meters). This wall is very dense and can protect against basic techniques with ease. Now their is not much to say about the wall due to its basis, but be sure that when you do rise the wall remember you will not be able to see through it, so you will most likely lose vision of the opponent.

Jakai looked towards the trees in front of him and focused his earth chakra as he performed the Ram handseal. He then focused on the earth and caused it to begin pulling all the trees and ground around it towards a center point. Eventually, all the trees were sucked in until there was nothing left, leaving nothing but a barren pile of earth.

The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.
Jakai then went to the center of the barren area that he created and stood still. He would perform a single handseal and focus his earth chakra into his feet, and then into the earth below him. He would then surge his chakra in the earth, causing it to rise up into a large platform of earth that would stand tall.

Jakai then looked forward. While focusing his chakra, Jakai performed the four necessary handseals. After doing so, he focused earth chakra in his stomach and moved it up his body until he would spit out small globs of mud onto the ground in front of him. The mud would subsequently turn into earth that would rise and and stand tall in front of Jakai.

(Doton: Iwagakure no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Hiding in Rock Technique
Rank: B
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This is a technique that allows its user to blend into rocks, move inside them and then move in and out of other rocks undetected. Despite this, Doujutsu and Sensors can still detect the opponent. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot be used to meld into other types of earth than rock or solid earth and its not a very fast technique, despite being faster than Underground Projection Fish technique.
Note: Can only blend through on C rank and below Earth Techniques

This though might not seem much is a great technique. The user is able to blend their being inside of rocks, both natural rocks and chakra based rocks made of C-Rank or lower. Now the opponent unless sensory type or dojutsu user will not be able to notice your position, you can easily do a snick attack with it, you can evade techniques using it. Also stake out with it, allowing you time to prepare for combos and plan attack. Great technique to give yourself sometime. If the opponent somehow figures out, be weary and anticipate that he will most likely use a raiton jutsu to kill you, since its very vulnerable.

(Doton: Doryuso) - Earth Release: Earth Flow Spears
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user first performs the Bird hand seal and the user condense mud or stone, from the ground, and shape them into spikes that will protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes cannot penetrate targets of greater density.

Another basic technique, the user will do one hand seal and condense the mud or stone under the opponents location. After the ground is condensed, basically a second after the hand seal. A spear will protrude out of the ground at a very fast pace. The spear will pierce the opponent from below and send them into the air where they will be vulnerable. After you do the hand seal you can move onto the next jutsu.

(Doton: Iwayado Kuzushi) - Earth Style: Rock Lodging Destruction
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user performs the required hand seals Tiger → Rat → Snake and they then causes a cave-in by destroying the equilibrium that holds the cave together. Just removing a single vital stone throws off the balance of the cave, making it unexpectedly fragile and causing a domino effect that destroys the entire cave. The shinobi from Iwagakure use this technique in their pride tactic, luring several enemies into a cave to kill them all at once.

After doing 3 hand seals the user will channel doton chakra throughout a cave and loosen it to an extreme extent. This will make the cave extremely sensitive and will begin to cave in the moment an opponent does a disturbance in the cave. This is a great jutsu to attack more then one opponent, trying to lure them in a cave by using a distracting or placing a shadow clone in a cave and have the opponent get in close to you, then you can easily make the cave, cave-in. The opponent(s) if caught will easily be severely hurt. The cave-in is like a Domino effect starting from one end and begins to fall everywhere through the length of the cave. This is a location based technique, if their is no caves in the area, its useless. This jutsu can work even in the largest of caves.

Jakai focused his chakra within himself and the earth underneath him. In doing so, he would blend into the rocks underneath him. Unseen, he would move around in a linear fashion 10 meters from where he originally stood and appeared back out.

Before continuing, Jakai quickly took out a scroll and released a tremendous amount of dummies to be used for his training.

Jakai would then perform the Bird handseal as he focused his chakra into the ground in front of him. He would cause the earth to condense and create an earth spike that would pierce one of the dummies.

Jakai then moved his attention towards the cave in front of him. Jakai would perform three handseals and focus his chakra, channeling it through the cave top. This would cause the equilibrium to break, unbalancing the entire structure and causing the top of the cave to fall and cave-in.
