From that light said lighter so it has an open flame, then by using your chakra send it into the flame; to expand the flame, and manipulate it into a large wall that stands out in front of you, protects you from small frontal attacks, and weapons.

Until now I was primarily concerned with the accuracy in my answers. I will try my best to think out of the box from now on though.

Advantages
1.) Protects me from low rank jutsu and ninja weapons.
2.) Can be used in conjunction with the wind technique "Hurricane Fist", to create a situation to where you can fire from your own shield.
3.) Can be used to limit the movement of my opponent.

Disadvantages
1.) A powerful enough wind jutsu could rip right through the wall, and hurt me on the other side
2.) If I stand to be protected by the wall, I have to remain in one spot (relatively)
3.) I feel like the fact that I have to use a lighter would cause more hassle than otherwise.

How would you counter this?

If my opponent was to use this against me, I would recognize that I had three primary options to counter it. I could go above it, below it, or through it. Since going through it would carry the most risk, I probably wouldn't go for that. Regardless, here are the jutsu I feel could go through the wall and hurt my opponent in some way:

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

How would you use this?

The way that I would like to fully use this technique couldn't happen in one more than likely. First, I would create an Earth pit for my opponent. Then, I would use the fire wall as the first layer of defense to block the exit, with an electric wall behind it. This is because if my opponent tries to use a water technique to bring down the wall, they will fill the cavern with water. Then I could use my electric wall as a spring board to make soup out of my opponent. Or alternatively, I could leave the electric wall out and use the Hurricane Fist instead.

Hiei accepts the lighter from Nathan-Sensai, and proceeds to strike it. By channeling his fire chakra through his hands, he is able to take control of the flame. Bringing his hands together, the flame shrinks. But by separating them to either side of his body, and raising them above his head, the flame grows to the size of a full wall standing in front of Hiei

Disadvantages
1.) It's easier to avoid/counter one shot rather than many
2.) It would take constant focus to perform this technique, leaving me vulnerable to attack by a clone (or something related) while trying to pull it off
3.) Not too sure about this one, but if I was to shoot a ring of fire at someone, logic dictates that they could use another projectile technique to go through the center of the ring, hitting a vulnerable me that is focusing on controlling the stream

How would you counter it?

Depending on how this was used, there are a few counters that come to mind. To make things simple, I am going to split this technique into two parts and describe how I would counter each. First, if the fire (in whatever shape) was to be coming at me through the air, I would need to extinguish the flames or block the attack. I could do this with the following techniques:

The other way that this technique could be used is through the ground. Technically, the jutsu I listed before would still work, but now there is another way to counter. If you were to change the layout of the ground that holds the path of the jutsu, the technique shouldn't reach you. For example, if I were to use:

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Then the technique would run into a non-flammable swamp, stopping it before it reaches me.

How would you use it?

I would use this technique to limit my opponents movements. I would do this by using the stomping method, but manipulating the fire to form a ring around them, blocking them from going any direction.

How do you perform it?

Hiei gathers his fire chakra into the bottom of his feet. After performing the Tiger hand seal, Hiei lifts his leg and stomps down hard on the ground below. Sparks and flames are seen traveling down a straight line path until they reach the desired target, at which point form a ring around said target.

( Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique

Description: The user will perform four handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger , and breathe fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

You will need a cord or something similar for this technique. So perform the four hand seals, and then release fire chakra from your mouth, along the cord that you previously set up, running along the cord; reaching my clone setting him on fire. This is like throwing weapons at someone, but using flames.

2.) Because it has a lead, it would be hard to flat out miss
3.) Can be used to attack multiple targets at once (as long as they are standing in a line

Disadvantages
1.) Requires the use of a rope (or something related)
2.) To ensure success, opponent needs to be tied to the rope conductor, which is easier said than done.
3.) If rope is severed, there is no longer a lead for my attack

I would use this only if I found myself in the position that required to use it. I normally don't have this sort of outlook on jutsu, but it seems like this would be entirely too hard to set up, too easy to counter, and not enough damage to be placed in a 'frequents' arsenal.

How do you perform it?

Standing mid range from your clone, Hiei takes the rope lead connect to him and places it in his teeth. Then, as quickly as he picked up the rope, he performs the required hand seals and sends a projectile burst of fire down the rope. As it reaches your clone, it engulfs it's torso, causing it to dissipate in a whisp of smoke

If I am thinking correctly, I believe Sasuke and Jiraiya have used it in the manga, but it has also been shown being used by Anko and Nagato in the anime.

1.) One needs to know Earth before they can use this technique in the way it was meant to be used
2.) If used with Earth Dragon Bullet, the total power would amount to a B-Rank Jutsu. I would be able to use less chakra and less turns by simply using a B-Rank to begin with.
3.) Maintaining the fire stream would leave me vulnerable to attack

How would you counter this?

The most rational counter in my mind would be to use an A-Rank water jutsu to extinguish the flames, stop the rocks, and change the flow of battle to put my opponent on the defensive for their next turn. This one should do the trick:

I would use this in a situation that I would need a quick attack to catch my opponent off guard. Basically, in any situation that I can fully utilize this techniques greatest advantage, its speed of release.

How do you perform it?

Hiei stands in front of your clone, and quickly forms the tiger hand seal to gather his fire chakra. Next, he opens his mouth, emitting a stream of fire that fully engulfs your clone. A moment into the attack, he disappears in a whisp of dust.

I'm sure you are familiar with this technique. Perform the seals, release fire chakra from mouth in the form of fireballs many of them. They will go towards your target in an unpredictable manner. You are also place shuriken within the flames; adding more damage to the technique.

1.) There are many of them, so by spreading them away from each other, there is less of a chance that my opponent can counter with just one technique
2.) I can guide the fireballs with my chakra, so I can make them come from all directions toward my opponent, which is significantly harder to counter than a straight forward attack.
3.) Adding shuriken in the mix puts the icing on the cake.

Disadvantages
1.) There are 6 hand seals, which is the most of any technique that you have taught me so far.
2.) I leave myself vulnerable while guiding the fireballs.
3.) Since this is a C-Rank that is being split into many parts, each individual attack will do minimal damage.

How would you counter this technique?

Since my opponent could possibly surround me with fireballs and shuriken, my only hope is to either completely shroud myself with a water jutsu of some sort or to completely get away from the area that I am in, and deliver and attack of my own so that my opponent must stop controlling the current jutsu to defend/counter.

I'm unsure of whether this is legal or not, but what I would want to do is use this technique on myself. If I am able to do this, it would be more than enough to neutralize the fireballs coming at me. Plus, I could use another water technique, while inside the sphere.

How would you use this technique?

I would use it mainly as a distraction, or red herring if you will. I would send the fire balls and shuriken, then while controlling their movements, I would move to long range. Right before their impact, I would use a long range lightning jutsu, such as:

This would be the type of technique I would follow up with because my opponent is likely to use a water technique to counter. By targeting the immediate area surrounding my opponent, I am likely to hit the water created/utilized to fully electrocute my opponent.

How would you perform it?

Trunks (new bio in sig) gathers his fire chakra into his lungs by doing the Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger hand seals. Now aiming at your clone, he releases 6 fireballs in different directions, followed by a shuriken. By controlling the individual components, Trunks sends one to the right, one to the left, two above, and two straight, with the shuriken staying behind the two going straight at your clone. Trunks then makes one of the fireballs going above you to swoop down after it passes you and do a 180, so that it is now coming at your back. Now, Trunks makes all of the components converge onto your clone, all at the same time. (One from the left, one from the right, two from straight ahead, one from behind, and one from directly above just to recap.) The fireballs hit and cause a minor explosion, in which your clone dissipates, while the shuriken passes through the smoke, slicing it into top and bottom halves.

If I said that I thought that countering something like this would be easy, I would be a liar. It coming from all angles makes using an escape jutsu almost impossible. That being said, th only logical counter that comes mind would be one that could extinguish the flames completely, and carry on as a weaker version of itself or my opponent to counter. A jutsu such as this should suffice for those goals:

How would you use this?

Looking at the advantages compared to the disadvantages, the best way that I could think of utilizing this jutsu would be to combine it with the Tai move Primary Lotus. Essentially, I could engulf me and my opponent in flames as we plummet toward the ground, effectively causing damage from two jutsu in the time it takes to complete one.

How do you perform it?

Trunks stands silently in front of your clone, concentrating his fire chakra. Forcing it out at every release point on his body, Trunks seems to erupt in flames. This is until the flames start to travel toward your clone. In a blink of an eye, your clone is engulfed in a spiraling column of flames (that somewhat resembles Charmander's fire spin attack from Pokémon), causing it to vanish almost instantly.

Description: The user whilst in mid air will release from their mouth a series of small fire shots that rain down upon the target.

Need to be in mid-air to use this, so once you get yourself up in the air (yes you can free-form jump with this one) once you are above my clone, or just up in the air, gather up fire chakra in your mouth, then release it into about seven or so small fireballs that will go towards my clone burning him.

Advantages
1.) Since I have to be mid-air for this attack, and I can use this jutsu to avoid an attack coming my way
2.) No hand seals
3.) Multiple shots instead of one big one

Disadvantages
1.) Being mid-air puts me at a disadvantage when it comes to dealing with my opponent's counter to this
2.) This is a C-Rank, split into up to 7 parts, making each shot very weak in relation to other jutsu
3.) I cannot control the fireballs after they are released

How would you counter this?

It's hard to think of a definite counter to this one, because of the free-form aspect at the beginning. My opponent could be directly over my head, above and in front of me, above and behind me, etc. So as far as general protection from the attack, I could use either of these jutsu:

The only problem that I am having with these defenses is that they don't help me go on the offensive at all, so depending on the complete details of this move being used on me, I could also use this move to eliminate the fire balls, and send an attack at my opponent simultaneously:

The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

How would you use this?

I think I would use this as protection while trying to move to a further range. So I would jump back and do the fireballs, so that my opponent would have to deal with them before trying to move on to me, giving me time to get to the correct distance for whatever reason.

How do you perform it?

Trunks stands mid/short range from your clone at the start. He then jumps a few meters above your clones head, and turns around. As soon as he passes over (Trunks would be staring at the back of your clone's head at this point) he shoots 7 fireballs at the entirety of your clone's body. The fireballs would be shot in a way that the first fire balls would take a bit longer to get there than the last ones, so they would hit all at the same time, making your clone dissipate almost immediately.

Simple, and quite a boring technique to be honest. Gather your fire chakra, and release it from your mouth as a small ball of fire, as it heads towards my clone, or your target it will just burn them on impact, quite boring really.

I have a question about this one. In it's description, it says that the ball of fire is bright, so could it have any sort of blinding effect to my enemy? Aside from that, here is my answer:

Advantages
1.) No hand seals
2.) It's one shot, so the damage isn't split
3.) It can be shot from long range, which is more than your typical C-Rank Fire jutsu

Disadvantages
1.) One shot is easier to dodge/counter than many
2.) No control after point of release
3.) It's harder to hit your opponent with a 'small ball' as opposed to a larger one

How would you counter this?

Being as straight forward as this is, relatively simple counters could be used. Depending on the distance, I could use an attack that rips through the fireball and travels toward my opponent weakened, or one that places me in a tactical location for my next move while helping me avoid the attack all together. The justu I would use are as follows:

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

(Doton: Kujo Joushou Iwa Chuuseki) - Earth Release: Destructive Rising Rock Pillars

Description: This jutsu causes gigantic pillars of rock to forcefully emerge from the ground. This is a even greater scaled Earth Release: Rising Spikes and is large enough to impale a summoning technique.

Note: the latter would be used to raise me above the technique, and by extension my opponent. And as we both know, high ground is an obvious tactical advantage if utilized properly.

How would you use this?

As sad as it is to say, there isn't a specific scenario that I can think of right off hand that would make this technique preferable over others. That being said, I would probably use this while at long range, following with a lightning tech of some sort. This would be because my opponent would probably use a water jutsu of some sort to counter.

How do you perform it?

Trunks channels his fire chakra into his lungs. Once he has enough for the technique, he opens his mouth and shoots a very bright fire ball at your clone, who is a few meters away. Upon impact, your clone would disappear in a cloud of smoke.

If I had to choose, I suppose I would put them in this order:

#1: ( Katon: Kimuchi Amura ) - Fire Release: Wall of Flames
Why? I have used this in a fight, and it worked great for what I needed it for and more. I created a situation in which I was able to shoot through my shield, and catch my opponent off guard. It wasn't the finishing move, but it put me in position to end it quickly after that.

#2 ( Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique
Why? I really like this technique because of its possibilities. It can be a main attack, a supplementary attack, a defense, or a distraction. This variability compliments my fighting style perfectly.

#3 ( Katon: Rakka Sanran Kasai ) - Fire Release: Falling Fire Scatter
Why? I love the way this one is worded because it allows one of the few loop holes in our RP. As we know, dodging free style is not allowed, but this technique requires you to be in the air to perform it. This means I can jump, avoiding an attack, and then deliver one of my own. Effectively dodging free style with the aid of an attack.
