People believe that because Totsuka can seal whatever it pierces, that it's the most powerful weapon in Naruto.
But what's the difference between getting stabbed by a sword and getting hit with Totsuka? The outcome is essentially the same.....except Totsuka only seals you and a real sword would kill you.
Also Totsuka only seals what it pierces, not what it slashes.....if it slashes an opponent, it will just kill them.
The only advantage Totsuka has is that it can work on Edo Tensei while a real sword wouldn't do a whole lot.
