You forgot the genjutsu's Sasuke put on Manda a kage lvl summoning and Orochimaru and you forgot to put the Orochimaru part on Itachi's too.

Yup looks correct but I think Shisui's genjutsu skill was said to be on par or better then Itachi. Koto, Long Genjutsu Range that doesn't requir eye contact and teleportation genjutsu.

Since its based off actual feats id agree with OPs list but shisui definately should be on there hype or not hes been stated as the best genjutsu user of all uchiha ever, such a shame we never got to see his KA in action :/

Itachi foddernized oro like it was childsplay. Both him and sasuke have very impressive feats against oro and hes no fodder, until recent chapters he was a top tier shinobi

Sasukes genjutsu power is far underrated. Hes no itachi or shisui lets get that straight. But the dude is good def on the list

Sasuke was able to supress kurama tho. And controlled manda which is a very high level summon by logic he could control kurama if he had to and got the chance. Deidara was trained to escape genjutsu and sasuke still got him multiple times. Also breaking through itachis Tsy. Is no fodder feat. Sasuke is definately ahead of madara in genjutsu

This is not "the best jutsu" top 3, but rather the best juts user

Its fairly obvious that Itachi and Shisui should battle for the no. 1 spot, since others has shown nothing but normal Uchiha genjutsu. I mean if they couldnt even use basic sharingan genjutsu, they wouldnt be Uchiha :/

Anyway, Itachi has shown more feats and diversity(can put people under genjutsu from clones, crows, finger, tsukuyomi, 3-t genjutsu) while shisui has only used an MS genjutsu on 2 fodders at that time against Ao and thats pretty much it. Also, if we count the anime, he put Danzo under genjutsu fairly easily, which makes it look like Shisui was confortable with using genjutsu rather than force/katon or anything else

KA might be stronger than Tsukuyomi, but Shisui himself isnt more skilled than Itachi, therefore, without a doubt, Itachi takes this.
