Itachi is definitely fit to be the best when it comes to Genjustu

Yup looks correct but I think Shisui's genjutsu skill was said to be on par or better then Itachi. Koto, Long Genjutsu Range that doesn't requir eye contact and teleportation genjutsu.

I feel like obitos feat just isnt legit you know? It's unbelieve (not denying it happen) a noob obito was able to control kurama and a perfect jin
He should be able to solo naruto or anyone with just genjutsu based on those feats.

2. Sasuke countered Tsukuyomi

I think the 2nd Mizukage is slightly better than Sasuke. His Genjutsus are longer lasting and a tad more complex. The rest is good though.
