1. Feats are stronger than the databooks and since Kurenai lost to a weak Genjutsu than she is below Sasuke in Genjutsu
2. It doesn't matter, it was still Tsukuyomi and he still countered it. Also, Sasuke in part 1 could not counter it and I doubt Itachi wanted to kill him back then either so your logic is flawed.
3. Bee is a Jinchuuriki and Gyuki helped him but he still got caught in it nonetheless.

I think he is referring to skill and not technique power if you know what I mean e.g. Itachi > Shisui (skill) but Koto > Tsuku (power). But in any event, we cant trust the databook, although it isn't a ridiculous claim either...he did call her impressive and she is a genjutsu specialist after all.

Yeah, i know, Kurenai genjutsu feats = Part 1 Itachi's.
Part 2 Itachi shown his plenty of genjutsu like finger genjutsu and Kurenai's Genjutsu skill is far below than Part 2 Itachi's.
