WELL. I was unaware of the growing fandom for the two
Anyway Im not the shipping type, but they manga seem to to be point at them as the game pairing, and to other but your see them a bit later. Im with kaneki and touka, its not like kaneki his a choose nor touka.

I just watched episode 5, and i have to say it skipped alot of minor stuff like kaneki and Touka train but it will probably be push to the Dove arc, all and all the episode was a bit fast pace but awesome 4/5.

Now to answer your question:
Touka was most likely upset with him because, she believe his motives extra or false. Although, in her rage she called him trash and told him to stay away but in all honesty she want the old kind, pass-a-fist him back, she was attracted to that side of him, also she is hurting everything he leave her a says its to keep her safe, he was mocking her.
