You need two different seals. It only worked due to Minato's Hiraishin seal being different kanji than Tobirama's. In any case, he's not going to mark him, nor will he teleport Susano'O. Furthermore, Gojō Kibaku Fuda is an EDO TENSEI TECHNIQUE. I DO NOT HAVE TO KEEP EXPLAINING THIS, DRILL IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD(S).

Tobirama can simply use clones, tag objects or tag his edos.

Even better, since his chakra touches Edos he can warp them away from Totsuka and simply throw them back at Itachi.

The water carrying him away is understandable, but drowning him? lol, not happening. If Susanoo worked how you said it worked, he would have been killed by Mei's lava here. There are no holes in Susanoo, tricks like that won't get attacks to bypass its defense.

You can't compare water to lava when it comes to pouring. Lava is much thicker and viscous.

Unless the Susanoo user breathes his own chakra, Susanoo obviously has holes, else he would suffocate. Remember there is no space inside Susanoo and air cannot exist if there is no space.
