He was saying that tsukyomi couldn't affect tobi which i believe is completely inaccurate. whether he is in this dimension or the next as long as he can see he is susceptible to it, which is why kabuto knowing this blocked his vision out altogether.

2 different things, eye contact is NOT the same as someone being in your line of sight. Tobi does not need eye contact to suck someone in.

Tobi can simply phase underground and come up behind Itachi..and then warp him.

Tobi also has 10 minutes of Izanagi..that's 10 minutes of the fight that Tobi can manipulate his existence in any way he wants.

quite frankly the only thing I can agree with is the avoiding eye contact which many ninjas in the series have done, hence its not a stretch to say that tobi would be able to also do so, however this limits efficiency in battle. Also the idea that tobi just gonna pop up underground or behind itachi and he's gonna be jus chillin' is a bit ridiculous - you know he's not gonna be staying still and more than likely would be looking out for something like that. As for the izanagi you know very well that there's izanami for that but that can be tossed left and right with peoples opinions as to if he 'knows' himself to escape it...and don't say that he can't use it on him cuz based on what I've seen it's simply replicating body movements...two feints and that would do it. To be honest in thinking about everything now tobi's greatest weakness has to be genjutsu its the only one where overly complex strategy isn't necessary.

Izanami won't get Tobi...you need to replicate the same physical contact at least twice and Tobi can win with one touch.

Same goes for itachi but in different forms (tsukuyomi, amaterasu and susanoo). Sasuke had sharingan but he DIDN'T even possess the mangyekou when he nullified itachi's tsukuyomi!

So give me a very good reason (with sensible proof) why u believe obito's mangyekou can't be dispelled by another sharingan.

Thats where you fail....Tsukuyomi is a genjutsu so of course it can be broken out of somehow..and Itachi clearly stated "My Tsukuyomi can only be broken with a Sharingan user with the same blood as me".

Kamui has never been implied to be able to be reversed by Sharingan...that doesn't even make sense...

Where are those scans that imply or state that Kamui can be countered with a Sharingan...if you don't give me scans this time then I'm done here.
