But what does that prove? if it's the chakra signature of Rikudou Juubi saw then it only means Rikudou sealed his chakra inside the Bijuus when he already was the Jinchuuriki and awoke the Rinnegan, if that was merely the Juubi being reminded of Rikudou, then it's only an artistic expression for us readers to determine that the Juubi is seeing Rikudou in Naruto, it doesn't prove anything.

The Juubi still doesn't have Kurama and Gyuki's chakra, and also is not in its final form but I do think the Sage was born with the Rinnegan or awakened it before/while fighting the Juubi.

He was reminded of the Rikudou by Naruto, whether through the chakra or the looks.... but as i stated what he saw through Naruto about the Rikudou were the eyes.. the eyes if given by Juubi's chakra to the Rikudou, wouldn't be important to the Juubi, since they are part of his power. But since they were emphazied on means they aren't the juubi's power. =]

But I thought the Juubi was a mindless creature without feelings or emotions, then how can the Juubi have the faculties of memory and anger towards Rikudou then? so was Juubi merely reminded of Rikudou, or the Juubi actually saw a tangent manifestation of Rikudou's spirit/chakra? and how are we readers be able to determine that the silhouette was Rikudou's if it didn't have a Rinnegan? it would just be normal silhouette eyes making it ambiguous.

The equation at hand is Uchiha + Senju + Incomplete Juubi = Nidaime Rikudo Sennin; Remember the requirements to obtain Rinnegan through Uchiha + Senju is that the Yin part of the equation (The Uchiha) must possess the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, in which Obito does not. Hence, why the Rinnegan hasn't appeared in his right eye.
