I was referring to actual wounds caused by the Amaterasu. Ay lost his arm because he had to cut it off in order to not be devoured by Amaterasu. Amaterasu didn't cut of his arm, he did that himself. Also, Obito took direct damage from a Normal Rasengan, and he had to heal just as he had to against a Senjutsu Rasengan. That alone is more than enough proof for my point.

Obitos chakra had-as the Jinchūriki of Jūbi-the properties of In and Yō(Yin and Yang) not just Gūdodama. That's why he could neutralize Ninjutsu. His cloak based on Onmyōton like Gudōdama too.

His cloak? You mean his body and skin? That simply means that the body parts that weren't affected by the Juubi inside of him when he transformed would still take effect from Ninjutsu. Also, what you stated is pure theory. No where is it stated that the Juubi's Jin's body is made out of the black chakra, not a single place.

He most likely said that Senjutsu was a weakness because the Black Chakra couldn't neglect it and it took more damage to him. ( Which makes sense, seeing how Senjutsu is stronger than Ninjutsu alone. )

The Amaterasu wasn't the only attack here, the Rasengan did the direct hit, the Amaterasu exploded around him. Which he covered himself from using the Orbs. You can see him healing his wound on his stomach from the Rasengan while he is covering himself from the Amaterasu using the black orbs.
Now again, you are the one neglecting manga here. ( So I'll use your words. Stop thinking that you are Kishi. )

The omyoudon which negates chakra based attacks is something that was simply channeled through it.
As omyoudon is a yin yang release dealing with a combinatin of yina nd yang energy the same stuff it takes to mold chakra to begin with.
