Because as I said, he is using the black orbs to remove the Amaterasu from him before he flies up into the sky.

Amterasu already hit his body prior to Obito calling those black orbs yet it has no effect.

Even when Senjutsu hit him, he healed right away, your point being? Even when their bodies are blown apart, they heal almost instantly. Senjutsu and Ninjutsu does the same amount of damage to their bodies, shown when Obito is first hit by a non-Senjutsu Rasengan and a Senjutsu Rasengan. The reason they said Taijutsu and Senjutsu was the only way was because the Jin cannot neglect it using the black chakra like he can with Ninjutsu.

You don't try to beat water with fire, as that would be pointless as water itself is almost immune to fire. Same logic applies to the Juubi's Jin. Because of the Black Chakra, they are almost immune to Ninjutsu, but their bodies can still take the damage if someone is fast enough to deal a direct hit.

Madara was hit by it, no physical damage was shown. Neither was it on Ay's arm when he was hit. From that its most likely that the Amaterasu only leaves small burns like any normal flame. If the Juubi's Jin is able to regenerate body parts, then regenerating burn marks would take an instant.

Arrogant? Its the fanbase who state theories as facts without any proof to back it up with. Kishimoto, nor the manga has said anywhere that the Juubi's body is immune to Ninjutsu nor that the Juubi's Jin is immune. Only that it wouldn't work on the Juubi's Jin because of the black chakra.

One orb is still a very good defence, shown by Obito. Regardless of that, Sasuke may not be aware if Madara is able to summon more orbs whenever he chooses.

Thank you for that, by those two scans we see that he heals both from a Senjutsu and Ninjutsu based attack in the same manner. They both too effect on his body as they were to quick for him to block with the black chakra.

That's also wrong. It is stated by Tobirama that Obitos Jutsu (not just Gudōdama) base on Onmyōton, which neutralize Ninjutsu.

It's the Gudoudama balls which are neutralizing the Ninjutsu. But they can't neutralize the Senjutsu and hence the weakness for the Juubi Jinchuuriki is considered to be Senjutsu. As long as the Gudoudamas are sticking around the Juubi Jin, Ninjutsu cannot work.

First of all, wait for the official translation before you use it like that. Another thing, Sasuke only said "Sage's Power". That isn't Senjutsu alone, the Sage have many powers. The Bijuu's, Senjutsu, Rinnegan, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijustu etc. Also, as I said before. One orb is still a very good defence and Sasuke isn't aware if Madara is able to summon more orbs if he wants.
