Okay here is my complete analysis:
Hashirama Senju:
Abilities-Wood Release is something you people greatly underestimate. It is the most powerful elemental release there is. Strong Genjutsu, Earth Release, Water Release.
Achievements/Accolades: Defeated greatest Uchiha ever, Became first Hokage
Tobirama Senju:
Abilities- Space-Time Ninjutsu, Greatest Water Release user ever, Strong Taijutsu. He and his brother have great teamwork.
Achievements/Accolades- Second Hokage, mostly unknown
Hiruzen Sarutobi:
Abilities- All of Konoha's jutsu, Chakra so powerful it made the air denser, Shadow Clones, Strong Kage Level summon, Monkey King: Enma
Achievements/Accolades- God of Shinobi, Considered by Enma to be miserable in his prime compared to when he held his own against Orochimaru (at age 70), Third Hokage, considered the strongest of the Five Kage at the time of his death (at age 70), considered the strongest hokage ever.
Minato Namikaze:
Abilities- FTG, Rasengan, Fuinjutsu, great tracker, fastest Shinobi to ever live, Taijutsu specialist, Space-Time barriers, large chakra reserves, Kage Level summon Gamabunta, Genius seen once in a lifetime
Achievements/Accolades- Fourth Hokage, Landed attack on Tobi, avoided Tobi's Space-Time Migration, Transported the 9 Tails, countered 9 Tails attacks, thought to "never be surpassed"
Tsunade
Abilities- Greatest Medical Nin, Taijutsu specialist, Kage Level summon Katsuya
Achievements/Accolades- Fifth Hokage, Legendary Sannin

Okay there are many Akatsuki members so lets go ahead and weed the weaklings out.
Hidan is stupid, lost to Shikamaru (genius). Hiruzen is highly intelligent. Hiruzen takes him out, minimal difficulty.
Kakuzu has already been defeated by Hashirama, Kakuzu lost to Kakashi/base Naruto. If you honestly think the Kakashi and base naruto is anywhere near as strong as the first, you have problems. Hashirama wins, minimal difficulty.
Itachi is no weakling, he is one of the strongest Shinobi of all time. However, its safe to say Hashirama could take him. Madara, the greatest Uchiha (EMS), is stronger than Itachi (MS) and lost to Hashirama when he had the 9 tails. So its safe to say Hashirama could defeat Itachi, MS and no tailed beast, with mid-high difficulty even after a skirmish with Kakuzu.
Deidara's bombs have been overrated and Hokage's defensive skills have been underrated in this thread. Hashirama's wood release can protect all the Hokage. Tobirama and Minato can use S/T jutsu to avoid it. Tsunade has her release technique that heals her instantaneously when hit with an attack. Deidara was defeated by Sasuke before he even had MS. Tobi was defeated by Minato (don't deny it). Minato defeats Deidara low difficulty.
Kisame is a water user, Tobirama is too. Tobirama is better with it, so he gets the edge. Tobirama wins this, moderate difficulty.
Sasori is very powerful. Top five in Akatsuki in my opinion. However, Sakura and Chiyo held their own against him. Tsunade can counteract his poison and her Taijutsu is highly impressive. That combination is a terrible matchup for Sasori. Tsunade wins, moderate difficulty.
Konan was defeated rather easily by Tobi, the same one that was defeated by Minato. Minato wins this, minimal difficulty.
Now that all of the pawns of Akatsuki have been defeated, Tobi and Nagato have to step in.
Nagato vs. Hiruzen and Hashirama: Hiruzen is fully healthy still, while Hashirama is at about 60 percent. Personally, I say a fully healthy Hiruzen in his prime can beat Nagato and his six paths,but I will include Hashirama as an insurance policy. Hashirama can use his genjutsu Bringer of Darkness to conceal them from the Paths shared vision. Hiruzen, as he demonstrated in his battle against the Edo Senju's, has extraordinary senses and can navigate through it. This way, they can pick off the six paths. Then Nagato's real body must come battle. I believe in this skirmish, Hiruzen emerges as the only one who lives.
Tobi vs. Minato, Tobirama and Tsunade: Minato is at full health, Tobirama is at 75 percent and Tsunade is at 80 percent (due to her ability to heal herself) Tobi is the strongest of all the Akatsuki with the Rinnegan and Sharingan. However, three Hokage, two of which have S/T jutsu, is a bad matchup for anybody. The three Hokage take out the six paths, Tsunade dies in the process. Minato is at 75%, Tobirama at about 50%.Tobi has already been defeated by Minato, however, Minato is weakened. They fight fiercely and I think Tobirama dies eventually. I see this battle ending with Minato sealing Tobi's soul away with the Dead Demon Consuming Seal.
Hiruzen is the only one to live this battle, granting the win to the Hokage.
