Hashirama would face Nagato
Minato would face Itachi
Hiruzen would face Sasori and Zetsu
Tobirama would face Sharingan Tobi and maybe Kisame
So yeah Akatsuki wins. They would still outnumber the kages in terms of power.
Unless! Tobirama revived the fallen members of Akatsuki using Edo-Tensei to fight against Akatsuki and revived fallen members of his team in that way in which case I can see the Kages winning.

Couldn't Tsunade enhance Hiruzen and Hashirama's Jutsu's and Kill of the Weak Ones such as Hidan Sasori Konan:

Minato could easily take Deidara out seeing he has the needed Speed feats if Tsunade can she could attach a Katsuyu to Minato to enhance his Rasengan giving him a definite kill.
