They could have been a clan of people before ninjas that is just as probable. And there is no timeline for the origin of their clan so your guess is as good as mine. To this point there have been no counters that have been strong enough to topple the ridiculously large amount of evidence the OP has managed to assemble on the topic. Every counter has been open to interpretation/non-definitive. Until someone can post something that truly disproves the theory, it still holds weight.

Infact my only disagreement is that The Uzimaki Cannot use ninjutsu. I understand that no Uzimaki Without Rinnegan Has used Ninjutsu, But i dont think that they are unable to do so. My reason being is that, Like you have stated, The Uzimaki are most known for using which techniques? Sealing Jutsu.

I feel That, In order to emphasize this point, Kishimoto(possibly to tie in The sage's Lineage) Focused only on sealing jutsu.
My only other argument in this matter would be, The final requirement to become a Genin, and graduate the Ninja Academy: Bushin No Jutsu. Kushina would've had to have done this to have become a genin and so forth, Thus; The Uzimaki may very well be capable of ninjutsu. (Though it does make one wonder how Rock Lee made Genin..)

It is clone jutsu and they don't use it cause it is a e-rank academy technique that has ZERO use in combat! Watch sakura's usage of it the problem with it is that genin and up can see through it as it is so simple. Sakura was smart enough to use it effectively only once or so. They don't use that or substitution jutsu anymore because all types of battles have become to ADVANCED in case you did not notice.

She was destined to be the Hokage's wife and helped Minato get there by teaching him various sealing jutsus, the flying thunder god is an incorporation of a sealing jutsu taught to Minato by Kushina. I think she would get a pass to graduate from the academy.

Haha i was planning on just leaving it at that but youre such a little prick i dont want to give you that satisfaction. You havent proved a damn thing this whole damn time. You have simply posted one thing saying about how you must accomplish a clone jutsu to graduate the academy in a manga full of plot holes and contradictions and this has already been shown to have been disregarded when Rock Lee was made a genin. You have literally no proof that Kushina was not proficient in sealing jutsu at that age so if i wanted to be like you, i could just cling to that fact for the rest of this debate.

Everyone would know their lack of ability in ninjutsu, and they would get a free pass.
