I already said it did but nagato's ability to harness and use it efficiently points out they can do ninjutsu probably good. A senju or uchiha can also use the rinnegan. God mode?

For the love of Christ if you link me some scans with what you just said then i will bow down. Until then it means nothing. And it was stated that the bijuus are used for military power by all villages that had them. You saying otherwise goes against one of the most important concepts in the series.

That was not dismissed what was dismissed is that Uzumaki can use ninjutsu outside of medical, sealing, or sensing techs.

I have already shown it but you won't accept it. The plot argument is presumably down the drain. And the uzumakis feats are proof enough that they could do ninjutsu. Mito and kushina both did nothing to weaponize the nine tails so the village clearly did not care or try to force them. So do your research.

I meant it before as a doorway to the idea they can use ninjutsu since they are good at taijutsu and it was shot down.

haha .... the bm is not only for naruto .... he can use it only coz of seal on him ..... others cant use it coz they dont know how to seal like him .... making bm for uzumali special ... wow ... tebows u r losing it

Naruto is an Uzumaki since Kushina is his mother and can use Rasengan which is Ninjustu
