Description: After performing a single hand seal the user will channel their chakra throughout their entire body, which then hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user’s skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.

Next is the ass-stabber (as like I to call it because of one its main usages). Send your Doton Chakra through the Earth by slamming your hand upon it...and then uplifting the earth beneath my clone standing a few feet away to stab him directly from underneath.

simmilar to the spike jutsu? *i force the flow of chakra towards my hands and slam them into the ground, sending the chakra towards the clone, and once it's under him, directly upwards, impaling the clone from below*

this question confuses me a bit as we don't actually see the people we fight here on NB. i suppose i'd look mainly at their bodies from mid-long range. in close range, like, hand-to-hand combat, i'd look at their eyes, but i'd mainly look at their bodies.

Generally, if an attack comes from the top and bottom, you wouldn't be prepared since you'll be so focused upon what's in front of you.

this jutsu is a good surprise attack? i should think outside the box when I'm fighting? i should make a dojutsu user so i can see 'surprise' attacks?

No, no Doujutsus. Use your own common sense and brain, and I believe that is good enough.
