so a few things.

let's start with the cons:
for future reference, stick to black text. the color changes make some of it, especially yellow, hard to read. i think that the family tree you made is rather stretched. you said that most of them appear to have some resemblance but so do most members of the uchiha clan so that can't really be proof for you. however as stretched as i feel it sounds, there has been no mention of any of the mentioned individuals family's so it is possible.

Pros:
your theory does help explain why tobi is so interested in shisui's and obito's eyes in particular. obito didn't have the ms when he died so at the time it would have been a basic sharingan. it does seem like a lot of trouble to go through for an ordinary one, 2 tomoe at that. however skipping many years ahead it explains why tobi still uses that sharingan over all of the other ones that he seems to have in his collection as shown here:

Yes the entire thing does hinge on whether or not this family tree exists. As I said in my comment, I don't think Izuna is Kagami's father, but I've made the same thread three times with proof about how Kagami, Obito, and Shisui are a family:

I personally feel that the timeline, their techniques, their looks, and their other miscellaneous connections proves that they are in fact a family

The one big whole is whether or not the family tree is accurate. Everything is based off of that. My problem is izuna is very old... could he be kagamis father? Kagami is most likely not older than tsunade who is the granddaughter or great grand of shodai. So kagami would be to young to be the son of izuna. And there's always the chance Tobi is not even an uchiha

Yeah there is always that chance, but i feel that he is going to end up being an Uchiha, plus i wonder why his robe has the Uchiha symbol on the back?

Has anyone stopped to think that Tobi could actually be the guy that kidnapped Rin in the Gaiden arc. It would explain how he got Obito's sharingan. And after howw he got his butt handed to him by Obito and Kakashi, it would explain why he would have a grudge on the Uchihas and the leaf village. It would also explain why he doesnt have Susanoo or Amaterasu becausr he is not an uchiha. I bet a non uchiha can only reach Tobis and Kakashis level. It sounds farfetched but go back on the Gaiden arc, is there something similar about that hair tobi has and the kidnapper?
