She won't die, killing her would be stupid. Her return is 1 as Boruto's love interest and Mitsuki's love rival. The second is because Nue is connected to kaguya's dimension so therefore may play a relevant part in the Otsutsuki clan arc or reaching their dimension.

Edit:I think the Otsutsuki or Kara may use her to open the gate so they can enter current world.
