Mission Failed. You spent too long setting up a scenario that didn't work into your element. A secondary element would have been good here. A lot of them could have fit and would have made it more on point. Judging the mission on how it is, puts your storyboard element effort at less than half of the mission itself. That's not enough. However, I like the overarching story and land your building up. It's just a matter of picking the right elements to go along with the mission you write out or writing the mission to follow the elements more closely.

You spent too much time setting up where you were and superficial things that didn't build toward the element itself, and not enough time actually spying on the target which was your objective. When you take a single element the mission needs to revolve almost completely around that element with little room to be off topic.
