We cleared that up. Naruto was using RSM against shin. I thought it was BSM but his eyes proves it was RSM.

It doesn't matter, it's a variation of TSB that was formed using the Bijuu chakra. The only difference is the Kekki Mora like you said.
Naruto's TSB only requires the basic elements + Ying/Yang.

It's not like Naruto knows he can reform them or how to mix them to form. Those FRS variants came from the Bijuu.

But like the other guy said it may be only through Hagoromo and his seal/chakra that he can do it.
