All i'm asking is why he used hand signs to create a simple lightning? Chidori actually needs handsigns, which he actually used. All you are saying is that sasuke can use chidori with sword, which is irrelevant because he used handsigns here in this fight not just created lightning.

If you believe naruto has RSM then RSM comes with the creation/understanding all things. He should be able to instinctively create truth seeking balls as easily as he instinctively learned to fly and instinctively healed Gai after the 8th gate and restored kakashi's eye without knowing a lick of medical ninjutsu.

The TSB are formed by combining elements together and having the Bijuu. There's no reason to believe they can't be reformed.

I blame plot. Kaguya never had TSB shown while fighting Naruto and yet she formed one out of the Bijuu Chakra.

I think he still has all the bijuu chakra and all that. But the seal was hago's chakra. Remember when the seals came back to hago? after they sealed kaguya, he remarked that his chakra was back and then he summoned everybody back.
Maybe since they gave back the seals, they no longer have hago chakra. Sasuke just has the rinnegan and naruto has sage mode plus all the bijuu.
Becoz she is Proginator of chakra and can become one with it
and that is not normal TSB dats Kekki Mora specific to her Expansive TSB

When he gets his chakra back, if you look at the pic, his clothes start flaming kinda like bijuu mode. I think the seals represented his chakra. If so, then naruto has maybe lost RSM

He still has some hago chakra left over and just hasnt shown RSM yet

It doesn't matter, it's a variation of TSB that was formed using the Bijuu chakra. The only difference is the Kekki Mora like you said.
Naruto's TSB only requires the basic elements + Ying/Yang.
It's not like Naruto knows he can reform them or how to mix them to form. Those FRS variants came from the Bijuu.
But like the other guy said it may be only through Hagoromo and his seal/chakra that he can do it.
