With PS? No explanation needed Sasuke is a EMS Madara with lower chakra and enton for crying out loud.

Yomi Numa takes little to no time to occur.

He still has to weave seals. Sasuke so nicely pointed it out against Deidara that he can read through handseals. And Amaterasu takes not time at all.

What intel? He had no idea about Itachi's powers when he confronted him, and he didn't even see Amaterasu's execution. How will he even use the fire seal while the flames are on him burning him to death? Not only that, MS users don't usually have the same techniques. Frog song takes almost a minute to prepare, is Sasuke going to sit down and knit while J man preps it? Jiraiya has an incomplete Sage Mode and never showed sensing. If he did, he wouldn't have gotten his arm torn off because someone sneaked up behind him.

Amaterasu requires MS to be active and Jiraiya's smoke shroud deals with that.

His hawk is a non factor. Toad Flame Oil, Ma's tongue or Bunta can take it down.

Are you trolling? Since when does MS take any time at all to activate? Amaterasu can be used before each and every technique Jiraiya has. The purpose of the hawk is to evade Yomi Numa. I don't see how any of those things even reach the hawk while Sasuke can use Susano'o to protect both him and the hawk. Not like any of this even matters since Jiraiya will be dead before he uses a single jutsu.
