Yes he'd be cool with it. You have to understand that Naruto's a peculiar dumbass. He called his parents killers and Neji's killer cool. He sympathizes with the enemy so much even after he has lost so much to that one guy.
He'd be chill with Hinata's death and give Sasuke a small praise after that. It's his nature to forgive so he'll make up an excuse for her death when asked.

What Naruto said was stupid, don't get me wrong, but people also aren't looking at it objectively either. Before that incredibly stupid line, Naruto said that he would never forgive Obito for what he did prior, and that he would have to be punished. Naruto who saw his past and understood his pain, had enough to go on to where he could foolishly state that the Younger Obito who dreamed of becoming the Hokage wasn't such a bad person. The problem was that BZ was offending Obito as a whole.
If people are stupid enough to believe that a father wouldn't kill someone who killed their family, then I don't know what to say. It's like looking at that line and thinking that if Naruto was sent to the past, he wouldn't stop Obito from doing what he did, but instead would be cheering him on. :lol

Don't forget... Naruto spared Nagato who was directly responsible for Jiraiya's death. He spared the man who killed his parents and started a war which affected numerous other people in Naruto's life. Would Sasuke go unpunished? Hell no, but he would not kill him!

some of this people talking like naruto can actually kill sasuke. he isnt stronger than him so even if he wanted to kill him, he cant. either way, sasuke lives.
