tired is irrelevant when hes being juiced up wit kuramas chakra, his intention became irrelevant when sasuke absorbed the bijus chakra and upgraded, at that point the best he could do was stalemate him, he didnt have the power to overpower him without being in the same state. he absorbed the power of NE around to match sasukes upgrade so mention 8,5 is pointless and sasuke wasnt fresh as he just used 9 CTs and genjutsu on 9 entities which would obviously take chakra, plus he fought in the war as well.

The translation was referring to Naruto calling the Obito who used to dream about being the Hokage, the 'coolest guy', not the Obito who murdered his family and friends. Funny enough the raw doesn't even say the coolest guy, it's a made up translation in accordance to the actual Japanese raw.
