I guess Only a perfect jinchuriki can break any genjutsu, not every jinchuriki. (As stated and demonstrated by Killer B)
Yagura was a perfect jinchuriki just like killer b.

Nah many ninja could and would beat Shisui. Just because he has that one Op gen doesn't mean he is the best.
Not only that it KA can only be used every 10 year or something like that
No he wasn't...he had control of his Biju but he wasn't a perfect Jinchuuriki. Gaara was in full control of his Biju but he wasn't a perfect Jinchuuriki.

Danzo says maybe...also it was Madara who managed to control Yagura,we don't know how he managed this.
yes he can defeat just about anyone with ka
theoretically he shouldn't be able to beat the perfect jinchuriki...
but.... tobi was able to genjutsu yagura.... and he doesn't have ka...

If I told you you were under KA right now, how would you react?Be imaginative.
Killer Bee and Yagura were in that same category of "maybe" according to Danzo. Since Bee and Yagura are in that category, it can be assumed that Yagura was being controlled by something more powerful than Sasuke's Tsukuyomi, since Bee noted that it wouldn't work on him. Something like KA seems like the only logical option
But on top of that, it was noted by Mei that the technique Danzo used and the technique Tobi used were eerily similar
That then brings up the question, does Tobi in fact have KA?You must be registered for see links
Dude dont get it twisted. KA is a genjutsu and like every gen, it can be broken in the right conditions. What make KA OP is the fact that u are unaware but shd u have a sensor who see the KA user's chakra manipulating u, it can surely be dealt with.
KA is not known for it's durabilty but rather its stealthiness.
Factor which makes a KA user prone to defeat is duration and range. Another situation is if the user is fighting multiple targets and some of them posses rinnegan or byukugan. This will nullify the stealthiness but not the effect.
Bottomline, shisui is not the best shinobi as I can think of multiple situations where he lose with KA ready.
I wasn't contesting the the Shisui is the best shinobi, he clearly isn't
What I'm contesting is people saying genjutsu fails to work on a perfect host. Sasuke's Tsukuyomi failed to work against Bee. With that being said, Danzo put Yagura and Bee in the same category when he said they were "maybe" perfect hosts. With that being said, Tobi, who used a genjustu that strongly resembled KA (according to Mei) was able to control Yagura, who is on par with Bee for his control over his tailed beat
So it would seem that KA would be able to control somewhat perfect hosts, like Yagura. I was only speculating that Tobi could have KA based on what we've seen and from what Mei and Ao said
I just wanted to clear up "KA can't control perfect hosts" not the "Shisui is the best shinobi" statement, I disagree with that
