No, Kakuzu has only used 4. Kakashi has only used 3. And Nagato/Pain has only used 4, though he's supposed to be able to use all 5 due to the Rinnegan.

Hiruzen is the first ninja we've seen to accomplish learning all 5 elements through skill alone, too. Kakuzu had to alter his body just to accomplish 4.
