No. Just no. the only one I will give you on this list is mei. I can't even give you the second raikage because tobirama was the only one mentionedd to be on the verge of death after their fight with gin and kin while the second raikage condition was not comented on meaning he was ok, maybe damaged but ok and clearly going to live.

Tobirama can indeed create water without a water source is actually present, but also other suiton user can do this. In part 1 of the series Kishimoto kept the power scale low, letting b-rank techniques appear spectacular. I don't remember how much of strong suiton techniques were shown back then in part one, I guess Tobirama was the only one able to spit water directly out from his mouth, what equaled suiton usage without a water source available. The Anbu however described the suiton technique Tobirama was spitting out of his mouth as one that doesn't need a water source.

Slowly but surely it starts to annoy when people keep debates though lacking common knowledge of the manga and common sense. Why one have always to state the obvious for those who read between the lines?
