i agree tobirama isnt top 10
but i disagree with the thread
tobirama has s/t jutsu that compares to minato's at least
he can use high level water techs is a place with no water
he's a sensor
then he's a senju so he might/should have high chakra reserves
and then there is edo tensai (i think edo tensai is overrated but it can be used, if the user can find some sacrifices)
YOU CANT JUDGE TOBIRAMA FROM WHAT HE DID IN PART 1 (WHEN ORO WAS CONTROLLING HIM)
IF YOU'RE GOING TO JUDGE BY PART 1 THEN HASHIRAMA IS WEAK AND ISNT TOP 10 EITHER

Take this from someone who knows Tobirama..
1. It was never said his S/T technique was on par with Minato's it could have been simply inferior, or superior.. But we have no knowledge of the sort..
2. That isn't really a feat.. Sure he can use high scale water jutsu from out of no where, but so can Kisame, and so can Mei.. His feat is that he only uses ONE HAND SEAL to use high scale water techniques..
3. That isn't a sensory technique, it's tracking you should learn the two distinctively, they are actually quite different.
The rest I agree with at the bottom.

2. ok kisame is the #1 water user and look at the damage...tobirama is 2/3 best water user (tied with mei, if not better) this is a great talent....the one hand seal is great feat too
3. he can use it to find his enemy so i can (in a way) be counted as sensor ability

Tobirama has alot of hype and what your saying about him could be said about Hashirama then. Have you ever thought that maybe his S/T was through water? Is he top 5? We don't know, do he have potential to be? Yes.

1. hanzo could use s/t jutsu (im 99% sure i remember LMAO)
2. IT IS A FEAT lol...to be able to use HIGH water techs in a place without water (the anbu people proved it in my link)
3. i said "in a way" lol, sensor ninja can use there chakra to find the enemy but tracking can kinda like listening/feeling/seeing the enemy by using a certain method

Can't say one or the other. But I'd say he's pretty sick based on what we know. From the edo tensi and water style we can see that he is not only proficient at what he can learn but he's also talented enough to create his own jutsu which I think should be accredited to him. Also him being smart enough to create the organizational system of the entire ninja world is a testament of his intelligence as well. As I recall for Konoha, and everyone else followed. Plus him being 2nd in command of the senjus(as we all know the strongest clan) in a time where it was every clan for themselves. He's definitely top 5 of his generation. I hate when people say he was defeated by ginkaku and kinkaku. It implies he fought them str8 up and lost. All the manga says is he was left for dead in a surprise attack. A surprise attack with details 100% unknown. Getting in a fight and losing is not the same thing as getting jumped. Not much you can do about that.
