Are you actually comparing Kisame to Tobirama. Foolishness.

His suiton is not only the most powerful in the series but he could perform it with one hand seal and without preexisting water.

Kisame's greatest water techs came from the ocean he was near. Remember he was on AN ISLAND.

Tobirama could do that tech in the middle of a desert.

Not to mention his bringer of darkness tech that he shared with his brother. Immediate advantage rright there.

And he obviously had to be one of the strongest ninja of his time. Because when Hashirama died they didnt chose anybody else to be Hokage. They chose him.

We really don't know strong the guy is, except that he had some hax'd techniques. Who knows he could be Top 5, granted that seems fairly unlikely, but anything is possible right now.

1.we don't know what edo's Tobirama had in his arsonal
2. we don't know the level of Tobirama's S/T

then he was a water user, Alot of Chakra, a Genius in the making, sealing techs probably, the lightening blade, nice sensor. ^_^ Soo yea, S/T jutsu.


I'm not mentioning Edo tensei... because in a one vs one it would be like Minato summoning Gamabunta.. plus Edo tensei requires prep time. And its main purpose is assistance.. meaning the other person can't handle the opponent on his own. Like Minato did with 9-tails.

Why do you always have to bring Hiruzen in all threads? We don't know how much chakra Tobirama had, and his space time jutsu is cannot be compared to Obito or Minato.

We know Tobirama can create water at places there isnt water, but that doesn't mean he is better than Kisame; from what we saw from the scan Noddy showed us was just 30% of Kisame's real chakra, imagine hm doing it itself.

In terms of chakra, Kisame have more and if they fought in the water Kisame would have won without diff because he can live in the water unlike Tobirama.

I wish tobirama senju fans would stop overrating the hokage. I have heard people calim he is top five material and the man has only appeared in combat for a small amount of time and used no impressive jutsu. This is not like other characters that are overrated, this is a whole new annoying. I say this because other characters that we don't know very well or only seen in unfavorable battle conditions have amazing hype. For example when we saw hashirama in combat he did not do much more than his brother however we have seen the all powerful madara claim that hashi's strength surpassed his own and that he was the most powerful ninja of his time. The third hokage mastered all the leaf's jutsu and was called the strongest kage at the time of his death. Tobirama's hype does not compare. The thing people say make tobirama top 5: most poweful water style user, space/time nin and edo tensei

1. First the most powerful water style we have seen in the series came from kisame. If we assume that the second hokage had jutsu this powerful he is very immpressive but not top five. Kisame did not only have powerful water but also his sword which made him the most deadly water style ninja. Assuming he was as good as kisame would not even be right

2. Next is his space/time ninjutsu which we no nothing about. People assume seeing obito and minato in action that his space/time ninjustu must be as awesome as theirs. However this cannot be true. Tobi is a master of Uchiha ninjutsu and knows strong fire release as well. On top of all that he is very skilled in wood release and yet we did not know this until he was pushed into the most taxing battle of his life. Minato also has some elemental jutsu(jiriaya said minato wanted to combine his element with rasengan) and him being kage probably has powerful jutsu at that. He could summon toads too and still he was known for his FTG. He would rarely ever find himself into a battle he could not win without FTG. So my question is if the second hokage had space/time jutsu this strong then why is he famous for water release. Space time ninjustu as powerful as tobi or minato is so much more effecient and more subtle than large scale elemental ninjutsu. That is why tobi and minato rarely use anything else. I find it hard to believe that tobirama had jutsu this strong and stuck to using water release

3. Edo tensei is a useless topic to even bring up when talking about him. first off he is less skilled at it than Oro who was using an imperfect version. Second he himself forbade this jutsu meaning he does not use it. WHich also means in a battle even if he was desperate enough to want to use it I doubt he is walking around with dead bodies and samples of DNA he can use to perform it. Not to mention the little question of who he would summon anyway considering he was not a grave robber like kabuto(most likely).

Saying all this tobirama is not top 5 material. Not because he is not strong enough but simply because he has not shown us that he is strong enough. If we make him part of the top 5 then the white fang should be in the top ten and sasuke sarutobi the top 15. I am not saying was not silled just not as skilled as some assume.
