If Sasuke takes revenge will he be content, will he stop with Konoha... I seriously doubt it. He wants to kill people that have nothing to do with the destruction of the Uchiha Clan. I don't know why people think another genocide is justified. Actually you only need a regular sharingan to control the Kyubi cuz Tobi attacked Konoha while controlling the Kyubi with a regular sharingan

Also, those who say that Konoha protected him willingly are wrong. Itachi threatened Konoha that if they don't protect sasuke he will blab the truth to EVERYBODY. And another thing, Itachi made the right decision to kill his whole clan bcuz his clan didn't really think things through: If the Uchiha put their plans into action it would cause a civil war in Konoha, the other villages and nations would take that to their advantage and wage war on Konoha creating the Fourth Great Shinobi War instead of Tobi's war and in the end both the Uchiha and Konoha would be destroyed. So, in actuality Itachi prevented hell from breaking loose on Konoha and 2 wars from being started, and if that happened the Akatsuki would probably strike and Nagato would never turn to the light and he would have captured the jinchuriki and made his OP weapon and all the great nations would be destroyed so yea Itachi saved the world by killing his clan.

your not reading the manga closely enough, first of she stated she wasn't in the group anymore to protect sasuke and taka information, and second karin was a crazy b**ch in the first place but she was doing so the guards would leave her alone. If you were taking karin serious then :sy::sy::sy:
