I'm not going to bother post the sasuke scans since you're clearly a naruto fanboy talking absolute garbage but, sasuke Ran up to the CM fodder and blitzed him(no gravity). He ran up to Tobi and blitzed him(no gravity). He sped behind Itachi's Crow bushin(no gravity). He moved back and saved KCM naruto from Jubito(no gravity).

So basically to counter my argument, you used speculation, to which you have no evidence for, to back up your claims... Just quit this bullshit, I've solo'd your argument. Now you're claiming Naruto stopped and let Ay fly by.
Naruto did the exact same thing Minato did, hence the chapter being labeled, "2 Suns". Then in the next scan, Naruto then goes on to say he learned everything from his father! Naruto kept his speed the same until Ay approached a few inches away from Naruto's face, then just sped up and went past him, like Minato did. Unlike you, my claims make sense, and are backed up by the occurrences in the manga.

So we can all agree that Sasuke's base speed is comparable to that of Ay's in the V1 lightning armor. ANd with comparable I dont say it is as fast, but he isn't too far off either.

Everything you posted was speculation. In the first scan you posted, titled, "Moved", Naruto moves in a linear fashion(Like he did against Ay) of course appearing as though he's the yellow flash. No one said Naruto was trained in evasion by Minato. I was simply stating that the mangaka was showing us similarities between father and son. Unless you're implying the reason Kishi zoomed in on Naruto's cheek and Ay's fist,(Exactly like Minato vs Ay), was because he wanted to compare the size or some bullshit excuse you'll give me.

Sasuke flipped over Bee, he didn't stop(Mid-air mind you), and let Bee fly by. That comparison doesn't even make sense to me tbh. That's why I didn't even address it. Unless of course you jest, Naruto did that exact same thing, and flipped over Ay.
(Kishi didn't confirm Naruto jumping over Ay, sorry). PS: I chose not to comment on it because I assumed you posted the wrong scan. That doesn't show anything like Naruto, "running faster than" Ay. It shows Sasuke doing flips in mid-air to dodge Bee. My point is not to argue that Sasuke is faster than Bee, and Bee can claim that all he wants(It's not true as Bee fodderized him in base form anyway).
Bee was merely talking about Sasuke's reaction speed because that's how Sasuke dodged him right? Speed and Reaction are not the same thing. Killer Bee didn't know Sasuke could track his movements with his sharingan's pre cog, and that's why Sasuke was able to dodge. Had Bee known Sasuke was using that to pre-determine his movements, he would have returned back to his unorthodox kenjutsu form, and would have proceeded to fodderize him. Speed comparasions generally leads to no where; and end up comparasions such as: "x reacted to y; but y failed to react z so z is about at same level in x; oh wait z dodged t who pawned x; so he gotta be faster yada yada..."
There is not such thing as "real speed"; a swimmer is faster than an athlete in water; but on land athlete would be able to move faster than swimer; so who is really faster and what is that "reality"; land or water? Or athlete is faster on foot but he would be overwhelmed by attacks of the boxer despite higher foot speed on land etc...
And there are severe misconceptions between reflexes/dodging/blocking/striking/movement/speed/keeping up etc when it comes to speed and i don't even wanna get into that.
