Shunshin is just heightened foot speed. It doesn't matter if it's a jutsu, it's still foot speed. Or does Raikage's speed not count because of Lightning Armor? Or Naruto's doesn't count because it's SM and KM/BM?

base sasuke in the chunin exams was as fast as lee with the gates open...or maybe it was with the weights off but anyway i thought it was set in stone that sasuke was fast as nuts...one of the fastest in the series in my opinion
None? Go read the fight against pain again. He has impressive speed feats, which you fanboys ignore just to favor sasuke. Care to show the scan that proves that sasuke is faster than SM naruto? Can you show sasuke travelling a distance greater than naruto SM and in less time, or in the same time?
Naruto was in the top of gamakichi, and gamakichi was in the head of gamabunta when they appeared in konoha. Then, of one the paths went all out against tsunade, extremelly fast. Yet, naruto had time to notice that, make a rasengan, and destroy the path before it could reach tsunade. That's one the feats, by the way, if you're too lazy to understand a situation.
It is a Fact that you need comparable speed in your body to keep up with the reflexes. This was explained in the rock lee vs Sasuke fight very well. Because your body needs to be fast enough to dodge attacks.
And Ay is never faster than BM/KM Naruto. Naruto blitzed him. And this is coming from someone who dislikes Naruto.
I am wondering if you really readthe manga...

Sm naruto is clearly slower than Sasuke, only a deluded person would ever believe he wasn't. Pain effortlessly kept up with SM naruto. Jumping down from a toads head and letting 9.81m/s^2 of gravitational acceleration propel your body isn't a hard feat. Do you have any scan of naruto 'blitzing' without having to be carried 90% of the time by gravity? @underline: Proof that asura is 'extremely fast' as you claim to tailor suit your argument, because as far as I recall, naruto could sense every single person in konoha. Ha, pain was keeping up effortlessly? You are the one who should read the manga, if he was keeping up effortlessly, asura wouldn't have been one shotted like that. And the proff that he was going fast is that asura used a boost to launch himself to tsunade just like a missile.
I'm aware of the gravity acceleration. Still, he wouldn't have reached asura instantly just with that. Gamabunta is very tall, and to reach the ground, naruto would probably need some 6-8 seconds, maybe more. Give me gamabunta's exactly height and I'll give the time to you.
And of one the most impressive speed feat of sasuke is the one that he reached naruto in the team 7 reunion, and in that feat, there was gravity as well. You're the one with the shitty argument here.

Anyway. Since you already posted the scans, let me point out to you how wrong you are. You state that "naruto ran around ay's attack". Lol, since when? What proof do you have? First scan, first panel. Look at the distance of naruto to the back wall.
Second scan, bottom center panel, look at naruto to the back wall. It's exactly the same. All naruto did was pull back his body and let Raikage fly by. Actually, I'll show you exactly what it would look like if kishi added another scan.

Oh, and does this scan mean that sasuke is as fast as V1 Bee? Because base bee was able to keep up with V1 ay after all... That'd mean you, and not me, are saying that sasuke is as fast as V1 ay/Kcm Naruto? Lol.
Notice how, just like ay saying "not since minato has anyone dodged my full speed", bee's also saying not since Ay has anyone dodged V1.
