Are you stupid? Can you not comprehend is logic? If I was sasuke and I witnessed my entire family die before my eyes, killed by the hands of my brother not only would I want revenge against him but against anyone who was involved. The village was clearly in the wrong for what they did and I guess Sasuke just can't forgive THE LEAF FOR ORDERING HIS BROTHER TO KILL HIS ENTIRE FAMILY. JUST ASKING SOMEONE TO DO THAT TO YOUR FAMILY DESERVES PUNISHMENT. THINK IF IT WAS YOUR FAMILY KILLED BY YOUR BROTHER TO PROTECT OTHER ARROGANT PEOPLE OF A SMALL VILLAGE

u seem to forget:
1. Uchiha was planning a coup, and wld have killed many people if they were not stopped.
2. well Sasuke can kill the responsible people, but is killing innocents of konoha is justified?
3. Also, if my family was planning to to drop a nuclear bomb on a country and kill a boatload of people without any valid reason and start a war which wld kill more people. I wld kill even my family, including myself if it wld save those innocent lives. So it depends on perspective, and i see myself as a human first then everything else.

Sasuke is no Shinobi.. He is not bound to any duty, he is no soldier - he only cares for his own needs. He is just a man who hates Konoha elders for killing his family. What is so hard to understand?

The only difficult thing to understand is: why he NEEDS to kill the other innocents of konoha? Isnt the elders and ROOT enough?

Ur right there, but if they just stayed inside, their homes wld be open of attack so they need to be in a 'defended' place for their protection (I dont think the uchiha wld be so careless), plus nearly all the families wld have at least one member who cld fight and wld join the fight. So nearly every family wld know that one of them is going to fight something serious when there is no external threat. This means nearly everyone knew there was going to be coup. But i can be wrong too.

Hm, maybe they would have kept some shinobis behind to defend the families staying behind? And I don't think they would have let someone who isn't a shinobi listen in to their meetings. Of course I could be wrong again. But I can't see Mikoto agreeing to a coupe or any other woman of that family. 3. Many innocent civilian might have died due to cross fire or their livelihood destroyed.
4. To stop other clans from rising against them, uchiha wld have to take the clan leaders or their children hostage or kill them.
5. After the coup there wld be ppl who disagrees, who wld be need to be killed or imprisoned.
6. Hizune wld have to be killed.
7. THIS IS MOST DEADLY: Due to civil unrest and the weakened millitary forces, konoha wld be open for attack by other countries, who are always just waiting for a chance for a attack. This would mean destruction of konoha and annexation of land of fire. Imagine how many people wld be killed.

Those points would have probably happened, yeah. But while there would be clans against the Uchihas, I think there would also be clans who would join their side if only to keep their clans alive.

If you are not ready for the sacrifice and burden of being one them dont join

Example = Me , joining the army then crying after they hand me a top secret mission to kill someone i know or love , if you dont want it then dont join ,
There is no law that states you have to be a shinobi or join the anbu etc ... itachi signed up , which meant he was prepared and knew full well that decision like that come in the field of being a shinobi

Honestly? I would have gone for the lesser evil and would have only punished the ones who wanted to create the coupe. If you take away the leaders of the coupe, changes are big, the rest would keep calm. Instead the Council decided to elliminate the whole clan, which wasn't a smart move.

2. How is one going to tell apart who is guilty and who is not? Each uchiha has to be captured b4 they can be made to talk and all of them knows great genjutsu, so mind reading wld be not that effective.
3. Itachi at least knew who all were responsible and he specifically stated 'this clan has no future'; u know why? Cos i think the entire clan was into the plan.
4. Wont the remaining members plot revenge? or even run away to other countries and sell them the konoha secrets?

Naruto chose to stay optimistic despite the fact that he was hated by the whole village (that village is hypocritical if you ask me, but that's another story) while Sasuke chose to go for revenge.
So the remaining clan members could have actually decided to just stay low after they saw the defeat of the others. Of course there's a chance they would want revenge, but there's also a chance they would have chosen for a quiet life

One little question: Is the uchiha clan famous for lieing low and forgetting about revenge?
If they wanted peace why wld every shinobi among them decide to fight in the first place and reject offers of peace? (read the fifth point i added later)
Also what if they didnt lie low and DID turn out like sasuke? Even One person from the clan wld cause the death of millions if he turned for revenge. Wld u risk that?

The point is: sasuke is 'wrong' and 'immoral' to want to kill innocents just as danzo, itachi and the elders were 'wrong' and 'immoral' to have ordered to kill all the uchiha.

Ok ur a dumba$$ now, get ur timeline right first, when tobi attacked konoha in fourth's reign (Yes Minato was hokage then and about 20), itachi was about 6-7 and so was shisui> So u say a 6-7 year old wld have to be chosen as Hokage? Also by the time Hizune died, uchiha were massacared (itachi was about 14-15 then) with with itachi fled and shisui died, so there was no chance. So get ur history lessons first b4 u post.

you re the one who is actually dumb to put itachi and shishu in the same age bracket considering that they refer to his relationship with itachi as that of an elder brother and i do admit that while they might be young during the kuybi incident shishu in particular would have gotten to the age as can be seen from his picture before his death so what prevented them from making him kage note that shishu is probably kakashi's age mate so u re the one who needs to get your history and timeline sorted out besides how old was hizune when he became hokage how old is your precious naruto the same one the villagers where calling to be given the title
