Blocking with bare hands isn't kenjutsu.
It's taijutsu.

We r probably never gonna see Madara seriously utilize a sword we can't properly judge his kenjutsu, I just think of him as just an all rounder, seeing how he can use all weapons with ease.

Anyway without adequate feats it's unfair to judge, anyone that does judge will just come up with some bias statement , either they think highly of Sasuke, they think lowly of Madara or vice versa.

This looks like ken jutsu skills to me. Right now Madaras not even thinking about fighting. He's too wraped up in getting his Rinnegan back to even consider fighting Sasuke. He's got one thing on his mind only, and that's getting his other Rinnegan. If he were focusing on fighting Sasuke and Naruto he'd be doing a little better, but at the moment he's getting outclassed by two shinobi with god tier powers. Sasuke only cut him in half because he isn't paying attention to him, nor Naruto. One could assume that he's only at half his strength without the other Rinnegan as well. Yes I agree though Madaras ken jutsu skills probably aren't as good as Sasuke's, but why would they be if he never focused on perfecting them like Sasuke did? I really wish that you would focus on creating threads that didn't revolve around praising Sasuke all the time. You could actually make some decent threads if you weren't always comparing him with other characters, and putting him on a pedestal.

How would Madara even have time to show these feats when ha hasn't used a sword except for a split second in the manga. There is no logic in your point.

The best performance I've seen from Sasuke in terms of Kenjutsu was when he took on Killer Bee, he was on equal footing for a while until he got owned completely (even with an active and matured sharingan).

Looking at his performance with a sword now, I think it's based on his new found speed. He probably still has the same skill set as last time but his amplified speed has made it difficult to track now.

Mad area was just tanking that sword with his arm to prove a point of how OP he is. If you think Sai could block a sword attack with his bare hands, and Madara couldn't your mistaken my friend. Madara is light years beyond Sai when it come to any type of combat or fighting technique. Madara taking that sword through the arm like it was nothing was just Kishis way of saying "look at how well Madara can take a sword through the arm, and brush it off as if it were nothing", Kishimoto was just proving a point with that scan is all. He wanted to show how ridiculously OP Madara is once again, and how well he receives pain.

Now, now, you're exaggerating. 40,000 shinobi had died by the first day of war. Madara only killed a couple of shinobi using kenjutsu alone.
