Trying to miss vitals while fighting a mob utilizing a sword is much more difficult its easier to just cut them anywhere and let them die

You know what, a sword was designed as a weapon to kill.
The winner should be based on that criteria.
So with Sasuke using his sword to incapacitate only, does that mean he only used sword handle to knock everyone out? lol.
And what makes you think he used only his sword? You have no evidence in this battle, he only just put his sword away but that doesn't mean he used it throughout the whole ordeal.

Uhmmm MAdara already had senjutsu when that happened. Mifune complimented Sasukes skill as well. Seems like people are overexaggerating Madaras feats because he's Madara but Sasuke took out tons of shinobi. He even took out those cm2 people at Oros base without killing them as well. Sasuke always uses his sword as his main weapon. I don't what other kind of techs you think Sasuke used to deal with those shinobi. It had to be his sword

Leaving powers and kkg out of the equation. Killer Bee is hands down one of the best swordsman in the NV.

How the degree of someone's kenjutsu is how skillfully, it takes more skill to cut and purposefully miss vitals than to just kill.
Sasuke's sword is his weapon of choice. I am sorry, but it seems that u are being kinda petty at this point. If he put the sword away in the end then as an audience we r to understand that he used it during the fight its that simple. Stop trying to look for ways to escape
Not that I have any problems with your list, but aside from blocking Kabuto and cutting a horn what other kenjutsu feats does Itachi have

Those aren't thousands lol, they look like a hundred or couple hundred by the most. Yes, numbers do matter. It is indeed impressive. But, Sasuke>Madara in Kenjutsu skills is a stupid thing to say, because Madara really hasn't been using Kenjutsu, he has been rarely shown using a sword, etc.
No petty isn't the word, criteria is key to any comparison. The main criteria as shown is the skill that's needed to KILL your enemies with a weapon, using lethal weapons to miss vital points you say? It's actually very easy to miss vital points if you think about it (especially with a sharingan). There are very few vital points in the body like the heart, lungs, vertebra, brain. All of which can be avoided by using blunt force trauma. In fact, it's really difficult to even hit a vital point in the heat of combat, we've seen so many attacks in Naruto that miss, like chidori for instance which is a lethal attack.
You call me petty? You're the one who's petty, you tried to cover up a flaw in his kenjutsu by making it his asset, when really it's his downfall. Kenjutsu was meant for killing, plain and simple, the real skill is how you use it to kill.

Well, he did manage to successfully parry Killer Bee and knew how to fall back before being overwhelmed. I most likely put him at 2nd place because I considered his Sharingan. I'd put him at around Tobirama's level if we disregard KKG or justus.

As somebody who's completely biased towards both Sasuke and Madara I can say that at this point, yes Sasuke is probably more deadly with a sword than Madara, but your poll says that he was always a better ken jutsu user. This is where I have to disagree. If you gave Madara a sword, and Sasuke a sword, and they were to fight only using kenjutsu than Madara probabl couldve taken out Sasuke no problem up until two chapters ago when Sasuke recieved this enormous boost in speed.
