but they were having a nice conversation here.

She was busy being attentive to Sasuke before Naruto got his attack in, the pages before she was doing battle with Sasuke, then they both stop realizing something happened, and then Naruto decides to somehow gain super speed, and that is how he hit her. So yes, it is a nice conversation here, we're all waiting to see how an angry naruto and a calm sasuke deal with her next chapter.

I agree, absolutely. Teamwork. Sasuke served as the decoy for the very reason you said: he is a huge target, can take a beating, and can also dish out a beating while maintaining his composure and analyzing the battle while naruto goes in for close-quarters.

However, Naruto usually is the one who does the enormous destructive techniques, whilst Sasuke is the one who does the close-quarter strikes with precision as opposed to random strikes with overloaded power in an attack. Basically, Sasuke charges his attacks to be precise and fatal if hit, Naruto does an overcharge to cover a huge area, but it's not precise and is not guaranteed to hit, but if it does, it causes buildings and mountains to shatter.

It's all about their fighting style as well. Sasuke could do all that stuff too, but he prefers close-quarters like he was doing with Madara.

The way people answered to the thread made me think of the Chunin exams when they learned that to become a leader Shinobi must be able assess the situation with the strengths ,weaknesses and ressources of his team to devise the perfect plan. Well I think that a smart guy like Sasuke has all that figured out and knows that while Naruto is more powerful than him, Sasuke remains the better leader. It suggests that in Sasuke's mind, the plan that had the greatest chances of succeeding was him being the decoy, providing an opening for Naruto to attack.

There was no mention of naruto being more powerful, so that is null and void. His abilities that are useful are sage mode, flight, and the different variations of the rasengan he can do by asking the beasts for their power, that is all. Sasuke on the other hand, does not need to rely on beasts for power because he by himself is powerful enough. If you wanna play the power card here, Naruto without those beasts would be significantly weaker than Sasuke is right now since right now, they are equal.

Naruto could not do any of his attacks without Sasukes help, furthermore he would have perished long ago if it was not for Sasuke. Naruto did nothing in this war against obito, madara and kag alone, he always needed Sasuke to land a dual-blow.

Sasuke without the Rinnigan is already very powerful, his eternal mangekyou powers were enough to battle obito with naruto, so no, Sasuke never did and doesn't, need the Rinnigan to battle naruto, but since naruto got a power up it was only natural sasuke get his.

And yes, Naurto has more raw strength than Sasuke, with the beasts, no contest, but overall abilities and such they are even, better in certain areas than the other, but still overall even nonetheless.

Because back in those times, it was all war and BZ manipulated Madara into going A-wall via the tablet. It's not like with Sasuke, who has tapped into his true potential, Madara went rouge and pushed Hashi to try and kill him in order to get his cells and to make him believe he is dead to move forward with his plan.
