Hell no. Because at the end of the day, he is lacking the chakra to do any Godly by himself. That's why I like him. I prefer characters that have the tools to do anything than character that have the power to do anything.

My bad. Yes Naruto needed them to defeat Pain since he was getting good at Senjutsu but still he is skilled than Sasuke or even more. He came up with his own jutsus, like more creative Rasengans. You can't deny that he was skilled and he was Sasuke's age.

Don't misunderstand me. Naruto is skilled indeed. But Sasuke is more skilled. He pull off things on the first try. Like his fight with raikage. You see how he utilize amaterasu? That's freaking skill. Then when he is at his weakest, he pull off amaterasu chidori on the first try? He made bijuus susanoo on the first try?

Remember! naruto had to use shadow clones to learn things faster. Sasuke just get it right on the first try or so. That is why he is the most skilled person.

You didn't like it that I considered the chakra that leaks from the seal and becomes one with Naruto's chakra to be an increase in Naruto's base chakra and separate from what chakra Kurama had left that hadn't leaked. Sasuke has eye that automatically, copy jutsu, gives him intel, gives him power, gives him jutsu and gives him skills. IE: The rinnegan gave Sasuke his S/T jutsu. Both of their power originates from the 10 tails.
