Yes he is hence why I'm asking if you knw they're equals. When Naruto shared chakra with 20000 shinobi he was reproducing Hagoromo's chakra control feats, when heused TBB in human form he was reproducing JuubiJin's use of TSB. When he made his own seal to unlock KCM he was using Hagoromo's sealing technique.
