You're pretty dense, Sasuke used Outer Path to control chakra that wasn't his, he was simply using a form of Yin/Yin-Yang release to merge the chakra of the bijuu. In contrast Naruto didn't rely on a jutsu to absorb the same amount of NE as a JuubiJin, let me know when Sasuke does that.

Minato improved FTG, invented Rasengan, mastered Sage Mode.

The OP is right about Sasuke. When it comes to molding and manipulating chakra, feat wise there is no one better..

Just look what he did with Kirin and the way he took chidori to another level of usefullness.. Then using Susanoo to store Bijuu chakra and combing Chidori with amaterasu.. Plus streaming both through his sword at the same time is unprecedented.
